Very nice and professional folks. Reasonable prices. I definitely use their services again. And recommend them to my friends. The jerky and summer sausage is quite tasty.

I have had game meat processed in three different states now, and hands down this was the best experience I have had to date. Gary and team made me feel like one of their regulars and took care to make sure my order was processed completely. I ended up getting some of their BBQ and Summer Sausage which is incredible. Do not pass up a chance to check out them out if you are in town.

Extremely pleasant staff and very knowledgeable about their trade. Reasonable prices for processing deer and a decent turn around for receiving your deer, as long as it's not rifle season. They have amazing smoked salmon as well.

Top Notch! While there are other quality game processors in the area, these guys are second to none. I have eaten game killed and processed by some of the most exclusive ranches in the country, and Gary's specialty items rank right up there with them in my opinion. Why else has he been there for 20 years?

This was my second visit and it was just as educational and enjoyable as the first. While they can't sell any deer meat that they process they do have trout-related products and trout. I will post their web page soon.

I have used Hunters Choice several years to prep my wild game harvest. When I lived in state I did it myself and would prefer to do it myself but I live 4.5 hours away. For this reason I chose them mostly because of the way they vacuum seal the meat. The reason I give this a 3 star and not a 4 is because of the price. If the price was better why would I not give it a 5? Mostly because nobody will ever prep meat the way you would yourself so in my opinion no processing facilitie can get a 5.
