Always find the hardware, tools and yard items I'm looking for. This time I was looking at refrigerators. My wife insists on white, which is out of style now and will have to be ordered. If we wanted stainless steel they would have it now. The sales person was very helpful in looking at all the options and delivery times.

Just bought this Ryobi battery powered chainsaw. I love it so much! This thing out worked me! Trimmed up 3 overgrown trees on my property. As a country boy now forced to live in the city I was skeptical. Not any more! Better than a chainsaw because it so quiet but still has the same power. Brothers hear me when I say this is a game changer!

I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve gone to this Home Depot, but the last time was an exceedingly great experience. The manager on shift, Leila, and the sales associate, Mark N, helped me with an item that I had a lot of questions about. I hated to ask for a manager because I don’t want to be that person, but in this instance, I’m glad I did because Leila was of expeditious and knowledgeable assistance.

The Home Depot in The Colony has amazing customer service. Curbside pick was fast and very helpful and friendly

The curbside pickup service was very convenient and efficient. I didn’t wait more than 5 minutes for my items.

Dennis Neely is very helpful. He is friendly and dedicated to the best customer service. Even with multiple customers waiting, he balanced the workload with a smile.

Makayla was so helpful. I was waiting by keys for sometime, both her and another cashier called for help but no one came. She walked over and smiled and said I am going to help you. Such a sweet young lady and very professional. You guys are very lucky to have her. Thanks for your help Makayla!!

Handy and convenient. Generally well stocked. Returns are easy.
To save extra trips to the store, you are encouraged to buy more than you think you will need. Simply return what was not used or needed.

Standard home depot experience. Everything is generally in the right area as other home depot. Clean and easy access and lots of parking.

A guy named Jim helped me in the plumbing department and a guy in the return exchange department named David help me and they were very helpful on the plumbing till two pictures didn't get a picture of Jim he used to be plumbing guy but I got a picture of David and he's the front returns desk

Thank-you Micheal Dion for your help with the wire cutting machine. I was wandering around waiting for a representative (after calling for one), and he stopped what he was doing to help me.

Staff is friendly at this store. Most items are kept in stock.

I didn’t buy anything from this store but a sales associate named Melissa was the best. She took so much time to help us locate an item that this store was out of. She called multiple places and was able to locate one for us. We truly appreciated her help!

Needed help with getting a refrigerator. knowone was in the department then Nessa from flooring cameover and went above and beyond to help us stay in are price range highly recommend!!!

I just visited this store and was looking for a Christmas tree. Cecil was stocking some items and he stopped and helped me compare a couple of trees and I found one that fit my needs perfectly. Then he offered to get me a cart, and delivered it to my car and loaded it for me. Cecil went above and beyond what was necessary and made my purchase so easy. Thank you, Cecil! Home Depot, Cecil is exactly the young man you need to represent fabulous customer service!

As home owners we frequent this store. Today's experience was as fabulous as usual. I was greeted by every employee I passed and was given the best smile by cashier Andrew. In this day and age where everyone has their smile covered it is encouraging to run across a young man who can truly smile with his whole face, including his eyes. I made sure to tell him how much I appreciated it. I wasn't even in line, just passing his register. I was again greeted and offered assistance in the small tool area, I didn't need help but it was nice to have it offered. Good job Home Depot, y'all are doing it right.
