I love the selection at Cavender’s Boot City! I mean they have nearly any kind of boot you could want. The pricing is outstanding! There are boots for every budget. I‘m a cowboy boot fan, I bought cayman boots there years ago and 19 years later they are still as beautiful as when I first bought them. The customer service is excellent. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I look forward to getting another pair when I can.

Cheyenne was an amazing help in buying a new pair of boots! She was knowledgeable and friendly, and she suggested several pairs of boots that suited my style and price range. Absolutely an excellent shopping experience with Cheyenne!

Everything you could need for your western wear including clothes, boots, hats and accessories. Customer service is great and was super easy to exchange a Christmas gift that didn't fit. Will return.

Great variety of work clothing, FR rated clothing is pricy but worth it and this Cavenders has plenty of options. Everything from button up long sleeve shirts to short sleeve plan T-shirt. They got it all.

I went in to buy a buckle for my brother and the sales associates were helpful and were able to help me with my selection! I asked for a gift box, but because it was too big for the buckle, the sales associate went out of her way and made the gift box smaller for the buckle. It’s these extra details that make customers happy!

Called in within 30 minutes looking to get my hat reshaped and was encouraged by staff to come through that they would keep the hat bar open just for me. When I arrived I was assisted by Henry he was very friendly and reshaped my hat to perfection and removed stains I had been trying to get out for months. His customer service was beyond excellent and his product knowledge was top knotch answered any and all questions I asked. Due to Henry’s great attitude cavendars on I-10 has secured a customer that will be returning for all of his western needs. People like Henry are the ones who need to be accelerated through a company to keep returning customers.

Went looking for welding shirts, and the lady helping me out was excellent. She even hooked me up with some burn salve after I mentioned a burn I got after welding. Talk about Grade A customer service!

Just came here with my husband to get a cowboy hat. Alicia was super helpful and patient! We’ve been here previously for cowboy boots and had a great experience too! Definitely recommend especially for people like us who are first time cowboy boots and hats shoppers.

We had several great people help us! We picked out 2 pairs of boots, a shirt & a belt.
I won't deduct a star but ...
After I got home I realized the girl at the check out didn't remove the antitheft device. 😕
Now I'll have to take time out of my day tomorrow to go back up there to have it removed.
Not happy...😒
