Boot Barn

As of recent, I've been visiting this store numerous times. Mainly because of size issues and that's my fault and my fault only. The staff has been so patient and caring to get the job done. On top of that they have a wide spectrum of products in their selection and it's almost entertaining just to walk through each isle. Lastly, those who are familiar with boot pricing may come to find that there clearance items and limited promotions tend to offer some cost effective pricing. Be sure to ask around the staff members to check. I can say with confidence and assurance that this is my one and only local store that I can trust when it comes to cowboy boots and western apperel. I strongly recommend you try them out.

I stopped by this morning to get 2 hats cleaned and shaped. As soon as I walk in, an employee behind the register (Arturo), noticed the hats in my hand and asked if I needed them shaped. He wasted no time in greeting me and taking care of my needs. As he was cleaning them, I walked around and purchased a pair of boots that I had no intention in buying when I walked in. Great customer service at this store today.

Amazing amazing i bought a pair of boots and unfortunately the sole started to come off i lost the receipt and the employees there Cindy and genesis were able to help me find it ! They exchanged the boots for me and i went on my way appreciate you guys so much thanks boot barn 👍 amazing customer service

I came to return some work pants I bought for my husband because they didn’t fit right. The ladies working here went above and beyond to help us find some that he would like as he needs FR and options are limited. We left with a happy husband that finally has enough pants that I don’t have to wash midweek.

Staff here is super helpful you always get greeted right away.

Got Stetson hats for my parents and me and was helped by Micah. He is awesome ! Super helpful and told about their loyalty program. They have an amazing selection of boots too. Great experience ! Will be back.

Visited the CityCentre location for a new pair of work boots and a few shirts. Great selection. Exceptional customer service. Brittany helped me with boots to find the perfect fit and size. Best customer service experience I’ve had at a store in a long time. Highly recommend visiting this location.

Really like this bb. They are always super nice. I wish they could have a bigger floor because the inventory always feels like a ton more than what can be reasonably organized by staff. Browsing can be a bit demanding. Staff is always very available to help.

Julianna answered the phone with a friendly demeanor and was super helpful and saved me a trip to the store by checking in the back on if what I was looking for was in stock. I'll see about ordering online from here since the customer service was so good :)

First time coming here. Everyone is super attentive and friendly. Zulma helped my sister find the jeans she was looking for and was very friendly and checked on us regularly. Carlos checked us out, also friendly. Everyone very professional, definitely coming back!

Great experience, great selection of boots. Men's and women's boots galore, if you can't find something you like, you didn't spend enough time in there. Sales associates are very knowledgeable about what they are selling and care for the boots.

Tanya is the bomb and was so helpful in picking my first pair of boots. She gave me advice about fit and style. I'm a size 11 in women's, which there is not much a selection of anywhere, but I was able to find a men's boot that had a nice feminine shape.

Mr. Ray an Ms Tamara where very helpful during my run through Texas as Mr. Ray helped me find the location and gave me advice as to parking my rig, An Ms Tamara with helping me with finding the right size Boot to purchase at a great price. I even bought a pair for the better half.
