E-Z Mart

Went to the mart today, I bought a burrito. Once home with said burrito, I realized there was mold all over it. I returned the burrito back to the store where the employee said she knew there was mold on said burrito and that she was going to say something but didn't. 🤢

Please use caution when using this place. It's only convenient. It is always dirty and management doesn't seem to care. On the morning of 2/1/23, the pump sprayed gasoline all over my clothes and car. I let the attendant inside know right away. He didn't follow me out, as the pump was still spraying gas all over my car. I also lost my rewards. I was told my rewards would still be there, but my T-Mobile rewards on the Fuel Rewards app were gone. I strongly dislike how I was treated and will escalate this up to corporate!! Wish I could give zero stars!!!

The gas attendant did not pay attention to anything. I said, put my money up my gas money on the wrong pump still didn’t add my reward points and was rude and disrespectful. Made me have to go in multiple times for her errors.

How you going to be a gas station/ convenient store and have no gas and no items on the shelves. Walked in and cashier said " we got no gas" and was rude about it. Sounds to me like the owner is the issue and not taking care of his business. Avoid this place at all cost.

I wish Race Track or QT would buy it and give us a nice place instead of this dump in front of our neighborhood.
Prices are high (a bag of ice is over $3.00 and WalMart charges $2) and the place is filthy. If I do stop here, it's out of desperation.
Everyone in Paloma Creek posts about this place on FB and we all try to avoid it as much as possible.

BAD issue with young men hanging around the entrance 24/7. very sketchy. Often closes without notice for hours at a time. Stinks and unclean. Very sad as this is the only gas station within miles of my house.

Sold moldy green donuts. Over a month past bestby date. Ate one before realizing. Never coming back. Manager gave me a refund though

I don’t recommend this place to anyone. This place is nasty, sketchy, and just overall a terrible place. The people who work there are rude and disrespectful. The employee was rolling a blunt and kinda got a attitude that we was interrupting. Don’t go here and if you do make sure to use cash you never know what they be doing since they are doing illegal activities like that.

This place needs to be shut down it’s horrible.

I was horrified at this place of business. The gas pumps were disgusting. They require masks, and have protective barriers at register, but they are beyond filthy also. Coffee area was a mess, but the men's bathroom was the worst. It looks like it has never been cleaned. There was so much feces, and poo on that toilet seat I skipped using the restroom all together. Paper everywhere urine so heavy smelling, and on the walls toilet, and floor. Mirror, and sink horrible. Its definitely a health hazard walking in, and using this bathroom. I do not recommend getting gas or anything else in this EZ Mart location. Shame on you owners!🤮🤢🤮

Estaba horrorizado por este lugar de trabajo. Las bombas de gasolina eran repugnantes. Requieren máscaras y tienen barreras protectoras en el registro, pero también están más que sucias. La zona del café era un desastre, pero el baño de hombres era el peor. Parece que nunca se ha limpiado. Había tantas heces y caca en el asiento del inodoro que me salté el uso del baño todos juntos. Papel por todas partes orina con un olor tan fuerte, y en las paredes del inodoro y el piso. Espejo y se hunde horrible. Definitivamente es un peligro para la salud entrar y usar este baño. No recomiendo cargar gasolina o cualquier otra cosa en esta ubicación de EZ Mart. ¡Qué vergüenza, dueños! 🤮🤢🤮
