O'Reilly Auto Parts

I will always shop at this particular O’Reilly store because they always go above and beyond for me. Recently , they have changed my key fob remote battery, helped me replace 2 car/motorcycle batteries and helped me with my check engine light. Today in particular, John and Pablo provided outstanding customer service. I’m so blessed and thankful for their help today!!!

Walked in and was greeted by Tonja, who is the kindest and most helpful person. She’s still training and the manager was extremely helpful. They installed my new battery and talked me through all the options and took great care of me. I’m glad this store is right around the corner because I will definitely be back.

Clyde is Amazing! Our battery went bad and he came to us a couple of stores away (in 95 degree HEAT). Jump started are vehicle then checked the 7 year old battery (it was bad). Got us a new one, put it in and then checked to make sure the alternator was good (it was).

Then we saw a auto shade my wife and I both wanted. He went to the back and found a 2nd one.

In addition he is a super nice person.
Whoever hired him did right.

I recently had a dead battery and a check engine light come on in my car and went to O'Reilly Auto Parts for help. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the problem and helped me find the right parts to fix it. They also gave me some great advice on how to maintain my car and prevent future issues. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and expertise at O'Reilly Auto Parts and will definitely be returning for any future car needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality auto parts and great service.

Helpful! ... Doug found a locking gas cap for my Jeep even though the Jeep wasn't showing up in the computer yet.

So went today and Clyde helped me…let me tell you how nice he was. Not only did he fix my battery problem but he got me a chair to sit inside AC with my granddaughter. Customer service is off the charts! Was talking on speaker phone about my experience and a customer overheard and said I drive out of my way to come here…Clyde your amazing and they are so lucky to have you…must add everyone working there is equally nice. That’s how you keep business! Thank you!

So went to this location by my house with a potential bad battery in my wife’s Jeep that had to be jumped. Went inside and asked if they could test it. Bryson volunteered to assist me and was very eager to help. He tested the battery which was bad. He removed the bad battery, cleaned up the connectors, then got me checked out, and he installed the new battery. I tried multiple times to attempt to do it myself but he insisted on doing it for me. After it was all done I thanked him and found out he had already been clocked out for the day and was doing most of this off the clock. I was shocked and so grateful that he had done this. Going above and beyond for sure! This was huge but every time I ever come here they are always so helpful and the reason why we will keep coming back! Thank you Bryson and the entire crew!

I've been to several stores trying to find some seat covers for my jeep. Saw the store I was in the neighborhood, stopped by and Clyde was, amazing!! I explained all that I've been through searching, and he was so nice, informational and helpful, offered to show me how they would look on. Cylde is amazing you don't see kind gesture too often. You can't get any better customer service if you don't care about customer service go to the other Jokers being honest yeah occasionally O'Reilly's will be busy that's a hell of a lot better than going those other ones

I went in on the store hoping to find the lift gate rods to fix my lift gate and keep it from falling. They had them in stock and I was lucky enough to have Dylan ring them up for me. He was very helpful and even offered to help me put them on. Customer Service like that from Dylan is the reason I will definitely return.

Rico, the manager is fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable. His customer service is amazing and he runs his store and his team like a well oiled machine.

I asked the clerk where the parts for a rear directional replacement bulb was located. He looked on the computer to see if it was in stock and explained that were several different options for a replacement. He also explained the best value for the money, which was not the least expensive standard bulb, but a higher quality, brighter halogen bulb. It was not that much more in price, which I purchased. I thanked the clerk for his expertise.

Mr. Philip and Katie were very helpful with my battery situation and assisted in telling me how to properly un-install the old one and install the new one since there was a component on top that I was not familiar with. I had figured it out on my own prior to heading up to O'Reilly to get all of the items I needed and Mr. Philip offered to direct me as we swapped out the battery onsite.

The sales man was extremely patient & helpful. He was knowledgeable about why our battery wasn't holding a charge & offered to keep it & test it for us. He called within a couple of hours with battery results. This O'Reillys location always goes above & beyond for its customers. Thank you again!!!
