Great customer service! Staff were more than willing to help me and my partner shop around and find the perfect products. Prices were comparable to your usual online prices, but getting to see what you're buying before you buy it is a huge plus.

Best experiences thus far. KASEY & CIANTAY were amazing. Helped me with all my questions. We had some great convo lol. Definitely gave me a woman's perspective on my final decision. Kasey (pronounced KC) and April were very helpful. As a guy i felt uncomfortable approaching them but they were nothing but helpful and gave me suggestions on products. I also got there 30 minutes before closing and i didnt feel rushed or any attitude towards me. Thank you for your help 5/5.

Everything in here is super clean and well organized and the store has a very welcoming feel. Staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, especially Gabby! She listened to what I was looking for, showed me all of the options and really spent her time making sure I got the right products.

Visited today. Was greeted and helped by Ashton. She was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable being in the store and making a purchase. She made recommendations based on what I wanted and my budget. Haven’t used my toys yet, but looking forward to it!

I have never felt inclined to leave a review about an employee at any adult store before; but Kayla at this location was wonderful. She was not only very helpful, and very kind; but she was also professional and knowledgeable. The store is clean, not cluttered in the slightest - yet still has a large selection.
