AT&T Store

I came to the store to see if they could help me get my phone transferred over when my company's IT wasn't able to help. Joshua was amazing! He is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He never stopped smiling and greeted everyone that came in. He is an amazing person and is a great face for AT&T!

Last minute decision to go to AT&T store 30 minutes before closing. My wife and I walk in and frustrate the heck out of this employee but he took it in stride and was very patient and polite and helped us resolve all of our issues.

I was very pleased with the service I received at this AT&T location. Ryon(The King) was diligent and determined in his efforts to make sure my goal was accomplished.
You can tell he is confident at his job because I found it quite hard to keep up with him and at first, which was a bit unsettling for me.
The task unexpectedly became tedious, but i was very impressed by his drive and tenacity in trying to find a way to get things done.
He was more than pleased to continue to work after the stores closed, waiting for a resolution from other sources. Overall, the task was accomplished. The other associate(Josh) at the store was also helpful, I think he was the manager - due to his cool demeanor and diplomatic approach; however, I don't recall his name. All the same, keep up the good work!

Every time I’ve been in here, the employees have been extremely friendly and helpful! They’re quick to help and patient when extra help is needed. Highly recommend this location!

Will was so awesome. He helped us out so much with switching us over to AT&T from over providers. He made the process quick and easy but also had a very sincere attitude and was laid back which made it feel less stressful. He made the entire experience enjoyable and smooth. 10/10 would recommend coming here and getting his help!

All I can say for the person that waited on me her name is Marcela is a No. 1 person to work in this business. My good advice: you need to keep her, no matter what!

And for Jalen the Manager, he is also a great Manager. They work great together and they were very helpful to me. What more can I say!

Jaylon was so helpful and patient. His communion was extremely effective has he tackled multiple customers. He made sure no went unnoticed and every felt the presence of his customer, from having personable and professional conversations.His service was so expendable that he convinced me to get an Apple Watch while upgrading my phone as well. Jalen was amazing. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made my experience pleasant. I'd definitely come back to his ATT store over others in the area.

Had a great experience. Went in to get help with our plan. Walked out with half what we usually pay per month and 2 new phones. Tyler is amazing. Patient and friendly. Got us the best deal. Didn't feel rushed or pressured. They were very informative. Great job!!!

My experience was wonderful at this at&t store. Nadia and Ali were knowledgeable and courteous. They were very patient with this non tech customer. The atmosphere in this store is professional yet fun. I couldn't figure out how to change something on this new phone and went back to the store the next day to get help. Ali showed me step by step how to fix my problem and even wrote the instructions down for me. If you need at&t services this is the store to come to.

Had a great experience with the sales team this evening. CJ and Marcella (may be wrong names) were fantastic, intelligent and efficient. Highly recommend this store. I did have to wait a bit but to be expected.

I just want to thank Josh and Gabby for their amazing service. They went above and beyond to help me. They are the best AT&T representatives I have ever seen.
