I was in and out in seconds. I placed and order online the night before. One of the store managers and 3 team members was at the door ALL OF THEM SAID WELCOME, one ask can they help me find anything the others was paying attention to what I was going to ask for. But as you know the online service line is in the front they all pointed in the same direction. The young lady at the counter was pleasant. Oh and yes the ANova seal machine works get for me 5 🌟. As I was leaving everyone said by have a nice day. Everyone in my book is 10, 20, 30 no 100 stars!

Wow Juanito was super helpful! He was very knowledgeable on the computers, drones and sound theater system! I wasn't going to get the warranty for the products we bought, but then he gave me more info on it so I got it. Definitely recommend getting him if you want someone that knows their products!

I was there with someone to pickup a purchase. Their experience was a longer than comfortable wait time to pick up their purchase. I was comfortable in their parking lot, and recommend it to anyone that is a passenger and doesn't want to go into Bestbuy.

Great place to purchase cheap electronic devices! The staff is very accommodating and will assist you to whatever you need upon entry. The store is neat, well-disinfected, and customers practice social distancing. They also accepted my credit card as payment.

My boyfriend came the first time to purchase my phone here and had a great experience, a girl was really helpful including one of the managers, later we came back to this store to purchase another phone after a bad experience in another location, and again really helpful people ! Thank you!!

I just wanted to take the time out to thank the techs that came out today. Dorothy and Eduardo were very nice and professional. They put my TV up in less than 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable about their job. I recommend Geek Squad based on the quality of service that I received.

We went to pick up a laptop, and the line was quick, efficient, and effortless. I'm not close to this location. I had to drive 50 minutes to get here but it was worth the customer service.

Great store always has what I need

I originally visited the store looking for sound bars and had the pleasure of being helped by a wonderful associate named Kevin. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing and did a fantastic job assessing my needs and making recommendations accordingly. I pass two Best Buy stores en route to this location, but will do so to give Kevin my business. In fact, I may purchase a television and blue tooth speaker from here as well. Honestly can’t say enough good things about today’s experience. I would highly recommend this store for your electronic needs.

Bought a pair of Apple AirPods for a surprise gift for my daughter and Robbie helped me. He was extremely professional, and kind. I asked for helped regarding purchasing the Apple AirPods he quickly replied just come to the front and I will take care of you. It’s good to know companies still take pride in having amazing employees like him still. It’s refreshing to come across people like Robbie who have exceptional customer service . Robbie was super amazing !!
