Came to this location on a Thursday evening and Madison and Noel were extremely attentive. Awesome employees! They helped me with a few questions I had about my billing with a lot of patience. I also came in today and Madison was there again, she was once again attentive and extremely helpful. 10/10 customer service.

Nawaz Hassan, the store manager is the best , very knowledgeable and problem solver. He been taking care of me for few years , every time my phone has problem he always have solution.

By far the best Cricket store in the city! Jay always provides great customer service and if he doesn't have an item or phone in stock... He'll search until he finds what you need elsewhere. I've never been treated like a dollar sign or commission. Jay always makes sure all my questions are answered and makes suggestions that work within my budget. I've been a Cricket customer for a couple years and this is definitely my favorite store.

I don’t normally do reviews but I’d like to share my experience. Jay put up 4 hours just to port my number. The amount of effort he made is something that customer service is usually lacking. His pursuit for providing customer service should be emulated. During the time, he was also able to accommodate other customers with poise and professionalism. Salute and respect for you Jay. Keep up the good work!

Jay is Awesome!!!! I came into the store with a water damaged phone. The girl at the counter was not offering much help, then Jay came to the rescue!! He sold me a phone and had excellent customer service!! He is doing a GREAT job!!!

Jay that mananger at this location Is amazing. He made the process quick and fast. He was extremely understanding and addressed all of my questions professional .he made sure all of the safety concerns and settings were set up for my child's phone along with the parental app. I would definitely reccomend this location to people. jay and bradleigh are wonderful help me with everything I needed fast and efficient. Came in with a broken phone due to a rough evening. They helped me pick out a phone specifically in the price range I needed. They had wonderful service. With sevice like theirs its no wonder ive been with cricket for 7 years.

I must say this store is absolutely the best by so far since I've been living in Houston... Elisha, Bradleigh, & Jay has helped me out even when i walked in the store with attitude.. They kept their composure and let me vent to them. They all were very kind. This is my second time coming to that store. They really are truly definition of great employees!! I would recommend

Jay is the best employee in all Cricket stores actually I and my husband changed from T-mobile to cricket after 5 minutes we talked with him as he is so professional and always help us with nice smile and supportive spirit so he is the man !!!!!
