Max Arwood is the most amazing jeweler I have ever used. He took my original wedding set and narrowed it to fit my finger much better. My fingers are short and both rings together were very uncomfortable because of the width. He took a little off the outside edge of each ring and now it is perfect. He even took the extra time to replace the decorative edging on both rings. This man does amazing work. And all for a VERY reasonable price. I can't recommend him enough for any jewelry repair you have.

Max Arwood is very professional, friendly, and passionate about his work. We were very pleased with his work. Very reasonable timeframe given and even finished our jewelry early. He is transparent, informative, and detailed. Hard to find honest people in this world and Arwood’s Custom Jewelry has been nothing but the best. I 10/10 recommend Mr. Arwood for all of your jewelry needs. He is professional, honest, and kind! He is upfront about every detail and delivers on time. I was gifted a custom diamond tennis bracelet, but it was too big. Mr. Arwood reduced the size of the bracket for it to fit appropriately and he used the extra diamonds to make me a custom pendant for a necklace. He work was truly impressive and absolutely beautiful! You cannot tell the bracelet has been altered in any form. I will continue to use Mr. Arwood for all of my future jewelry needs.

100 % better then store bought. We got to design the ring using gem stones we already owned and it came out better than we could hope for. Max is wonderful to work with and his design was perfect. The cost was way less then expected, so much so that I had him do appraisals on existing jewelry and make some earrings for my fiancé and will never use anyone else.

Reviewed our 32 y/o wedding set and recommended repairs, then charged a modest rate and had the work completed as agreed and on time. My mother gave me a diamond bracelet and a ring after my dad passed; the jewelry was special as my dad had given them to her. I tossed them into a drawer and there they stayed for 15 years as they were not my style. Max Arwood designed a computerized ring image from my wedding ring and my mothers jewelry that was fabulous!! Arwood's is THE place to go for jewelry and watch repairs and custom jewelry. They repaired my gold watch which had a broken clasp and made it hold better than it did when it was new. The turnaround was quick and they did it in-house without sending it off. I also got a very nice silver cross ring that was custom made there in their shop and I get compliments all the time on it. The staff there is very friendly and treat you like family and their store is clean and has a great selection and more than fair prices.

Arwood's offer 3D Jewelry Cad design to help you make the custom piece of jewelry just the way you want. They also have the ability to make handcrafted anything from rings to earrings to bracelets. They have a wonderful repairman, Max Arwood that does on site jewelry repair. They offer stringing beads or pearls. They have many custom designs to choose from with their Jewelry design software. If you are looking for a custom jeweler you should visit this great little store. This store offers more than your average jewelry store. My wife and I went to Arwood's Custom Jewelry to see about buying a new wedding set for our 25th anniversary. Sherrie gave us a tour of the store. The store was very clean and had a great selection of original and custom jewelry pieces, as well as commercially made pieces. Max came up from the back where he was doing some jewelry repairs. I found out the he does all the repairs right in their shop. Max showed us some premade rings, then he showed us how he could make us a custom ring with their jewelry design software. My wife and I were amazed at how quickly Max created a couple of original designs for us to choose from. Max explained that he could save us quite a bit of money by recycling the diamonds in the wedding set we already had. He measured the diamonds in our wedding set and said he would email us a few photos of some possible designs with our diamonds. A couple of days later, we received and email with three great looking designs. They all looked so good, my wife and I had a hard time deciding which one we liked the most. After choosing our design we went back to the store and made a few small changes. Max had the mold made for our ring. In about three weeks, Max turned my wife’s older styled wedding set into an exquisite original wedding set that she will be proud to wear for years to come. The workmanship in our ring is truly heirloom quality. You wouldn't believe how much money they saved us by recycling our old wedding set. Max said he has been making rings for 35 years! It shows. He really knows jewelry. We found out later that Max is one of the few jewelry designers in the area that has won several awards for jewelry design. We are glad to have this new store here in Wylie, and glad we found them. I highly recommend this store.
