I've been a regular at this UPS store for years, and their consistent, outstanding service never ceases to amaze me. A recent visit reaffirmed why I choose UPS over others.

Our cashier, Rebecca, was a standout. She helped us with packaging and shipping, showcasing not just efficiency but genuine warmth and friendliness. It's rare to encounter such a blend of professionalism and cordiality.

A memorable moment unfolded when a distressed lady came in, searching for her lost wallet. The manager, Rhiannon, and a kind gentleman from the staff immediately assisted, checking security footage to see if she'd left it in the store. Although the wallet wasn't in the store, the gentleman went the extra mile and helped her find it under her car outside! The lady's joy and her grateful hug to him was a beautiful scene to witness.

Rhiannon's hard work and personable nature have always impressed me. This visit was no different. After realizing I'd made a mistake in the shipping address, Rhiannon, after hours, coordinated with the distribution center to correct it and called me back to confirm. Her dedication is exceptional.

My wife had wondered why I preferred UPS over USPS. This visit illustrated my point perfectly – the team's friendliness and helpfulness are unparalleled. It's not just about sending packages; it's the human connection and care that make each visit special.

I have never returned anything from Amazon, but found that suddenly I was very dissatisfied with two purchases I made. Not knowing what to do I went to our local Johnson City UPS, and I have never, anywhere, had such a sweet, helpful person to assist me as Amber. She turned a very unhappy situation for me into a completely pleasant experience. In my book she deserves a BIG raise or a promotion!! (But don’t take her away from the public.) She’s the best!

I had an incredibly heartwarming experience at UPS Store 4146 that I just had to share. I recently brought in a bag full of precious books that I wanted to ship to my uncle in Florida. These books held a deep sentimental value for me as they belonged to my late mother, who passed away just last month. Trusting someone to handle and ship these items was not easy for me, as they held so many memories.

When I explained my situation to Rhiannon at UPS Store 4146, she immediately showed a level of kindness and understanding that truly touched my heart. I expressed my concern about the items inside the bag, as most of the books had paper tabs, pens, and pencils serving as placeholders. I was worried that these cherished mementos might be disturbed during the shipment.

But Rhiannon assured me that she would take great care of them. What stood out to me was her genuine interest in my story and my mother. She took the time to listen, and that meant the world to me. She didn't have to be so invested in my feelings, but she was, and it made all the difference.

I had my wedding invitations printed here and absolutely love them! Rhiannon and Jovi helped me with them and were amazing to work with. I got them super quickly and they look wonderful

I was having a bad day and trying to get errands done when I went to send a package at this location & met the most amazing young man working there named Jovi. He was the friendliest, most helpful person. He quickly handled my order and was very kind, efficient and respectful. I left there feeling so much better all because this person took the time to help me and to be a kind human. I will be backto this location for all my mailing needs

This is my favorite UPS Store in the tri cities. They’re always friendly and helpful… even during the holidays which is crazy town for stores like UPS. I have to say that they’re very lucky to have Jovy as an employee for their company. He was so helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to get my family Christmas cards together quickly and he even went the extra mile to give them beautiful rounded corners. Nothing but great things to say for this store and Jovy!

I just had the best customer service experience possible. Rhiannon is an example of what perfect customer service is supposed to be. She could teach a clinic on how to make people smile while doing business. I'm still smiling.

Wow, The staff is a model of going the exta mile to help a customer. I needed help navigating multiple data sites then printing. Rebecca was not only patient but continued smiling during my tech challenges. I have used this location many times and always left with"Yep They Get It"

Amber provided excellent customer service. She processed the customers in front of me quickly and efficiently. She was patient and professional while she helped me process multiple items. She exhibited the ability to seamlessly field phone calls while servicing customers at the counter. I felt welcomed and appreciated. After I was done, I heard her go the extra mile for another customer with a long print by offering to bring her a chair. Excellent service and excellent skills.

I've used this location several times for large & small packages.
They consistently provide friendly & fast service.
Rihannon was especially helpful with a recent address change that saved me extra work & headaches.
Highly recommend & will continue to use this location for fast, efficient delivery.

Rhiannon provide quality customer service. I ordered copies of blueprints and there was a delay due to machine maintenance. She kept me informed of the issue and was able to get my order printed within 24 hours. I appreciated her strive to provide the service I requested despite the printer issues and kept me informed of the progress until she completed the project.

This is the location I go to every time I have to ship a package or simply do a return and I have to say it is the best location I’ve been too which is why I continue to take my business there. William the manager is very nice and respectful always helps me in every way and the employees he has chosen are phenomenal! I just want to say keep up the good work! I needed to get something faxed. Ms. Amber helped me. She was very attentive to my needs and took care of it all. She has a great personality and a beautiful smile.
