Paper and Thread is such an amazing place - not just a shop, but an experience! Stephanie has such great taste in stocking her place with everything a crafter, writer, painter, gift-giver, or decorator could want! My daughter lives in Alabama and every time she is in town, this is a "must go" place. She and I both recently participated in a painting class - it was so much fun! Melissa was the teacher and did a superb job. I am not a painter by any means but she made it so enjoyable. We had a great class and a wonderful brunch (complete with mimosas) as well. I am signed up for the felting class - something I have never done - tomorrow night and can't wait! A great way to spend a girls night out, a mother-daughter activity, or just meet others in the community. Thank you Stephanie for being a wonderful owner!

Paper & Thread is hands down one of my favorite shops I’ve ever been to! Stephanie truly cares about her customers and never fails to pour everything into picking out the best products! They have all of your needs from baby shower and housewarming gifts to beautiful bibles and journals! And the best variety of pens! I also love getting birthday and Christmas gifts for my 4 year old at Paper & Thread! They have the best selection of kids toys for imaginative play and art supplies to let your child be creative! I couldn’t be more thankful to have this wonderful shop in our small town!

Paper and Thread ALWAYS come through for all your stationary needs. I recently even purchased a new Bible with cover there which I LOVE! They even make gift baskets! I would DEF recommend them for anyone that needs teachers gifts, school gifts, corporate gifts or a gift for yourself! Plus - Stephanie is wonderful. 👍🏻

If you are tired of endless online scrolling for gifts, you are in luck. Stephanie is the BEST in the business and will take care of you from start to finish. Let her know how much you want to spend, who it's for, and you are done. Stephanie will hand select the perfect gift or card for you and wrap it as well. Birthdays and holidays have been a breeze since she opened!

This store is my absolute favorite! They have seriously the best selection of kids toys/books, journals, calendars/planners, lots of fun and different snacks, and the BEST smelling candles. Along with having so many fun knick knacks this store is extremely affordable for a small business. Love this place!!!

There are not enough good things to say to express how wonderful Paper & Thread is! I ALWAYS find something for myself or a friend. Great variety of stickers, stationary, children's gifts, seasonal items, etc... I still can't believe we have a shop like this in Lawrenceburg!
