Logan and Anthony are excellent! They participate with our home warranty program which we really appreciate. They are genuinely nice guys, they are always great to communicate about everything and work us into their schedule quickly. They've gone above and beyond whenever we've needed work done. They talk us through whatever repair is needed, they've shown us parts that have broken (many of our appliances are older), they explain how it's supposed to work and they carry many parts with them so it can be fixed same-day. It's important to us to find someone trustworthy and knowledgeable. They've always been dependable and we've used them for years .
I can't sant say enough good things about them, I highly recommend Baskett's!

I cannot brag enough on Anthony. We had a new unit installed by a different company. We have had many issues with the heat pump. We finally decided to ask Someone else to come look at it to see why it was breaking very 4 months. Anthony showed up the same day he was called. He stayed in constant communication. He looked at the unit and found that the previous person had tried to bypass some things to make sure we had heat. It was never fixed at all. The unit is under warranty so he got all the parts under warranty and his prices are more than fair on labor. He is very reliable and dependable. It's hard trusting another company after we have went through 5 years of a broken unit that hasn't worked since installation. I would highly recommend him. He is professional and locally owned.

These folks were very impressive! Returned my call, came out to check my unit and had it fixed all within 3 business days. Oh and let's not leave out the fact that they were professional and kind. I highly recommend this company!!!

I had submitted a service call through American Home Shield for my air conditioning to be repaired. Anthony and his nephew were at my house the very next day and had the problem fixed in no time. But above that, they were so kind and professional. I've had some fairly bad experiences with repair companies, and so this experience was refreshing! I would highly recommend this company for their professional courtesy and their willingness to get the job done quickly. It was easy to see they love what they do and they truly care about taking care of the customer. Thank you so much!!!

I can’t thank Anthony with Baskett’s repair enough for all of their help. They were professional, kind, clean, and efficient. We were having serious issues with our unit, and without batting an eye Anthony took on the big task, knowing our warranty was ending soon he made sure to come out as soon as possible to make sure we were taken care of, and did a fantastic job. He was also so kind as give us great advice as to how to keep a healthy unit going forward. I would more than recommend Baskett’s repair to anyone in need, can not thank them enough!

My HVAC started leaking Monday. I contacted AHS , and was assigned Baskett's Repair. I left a message that evening and Anthony called me the next AM at about 820. He said he woould get to me later that day. At around 230 Logan showed up and fixed the problem. My compressors were checked. Logan told me what to do to avoid any further issues. My experience was positive and Anthony was very nice to deal with. He even apologized for personally not showing up. I am happy my issue was fixed.

We have a home warranty through First American Home Protection. Our heat pump stopped working and the company that they assigned was Baskett's repair. Anthony provided exceptional service and went above and beyond our expectations. He came to our house after hours to fix our heat pump when First American Home Warranty failed to properly communicate with him. I believe that most of the bad reviews for Baskett's repair is caused by the home warranty company's lack of communication and willingness to accommodate the customer.

Anthony Baskett was Awesome, he called me within 2 hours of the time I put in the warranty order thru American Home Shield and came out the same day. He called me the following day and said the warranty had been approved and my heat pump had been ordered and told me how long it would take to come in. He was right on the money, he then called and scheduled the installation and was right here when he said and did a Fantastic job. He was very Prompt Courteous and Professional. I would HIGHLY recommend Baskett's Repair and American Home Shield Warranty company.

After waiting almost a year for a diffrent company to replace my hvac through ahs I was finally assigned Baskett's Repair, Anthony was very quick and thorough in getting my unit installed and working great people. AHS on the other hand needs to be tuned up.

We have used this company multiple times through our American Home Shield warranty. I cannot day enough good things about them!! Anthony is so polite, friendly, and prompt. He works hard to get the parts in and get out AC back up and running as soon as possible! Excellent service!!! Highly recommend!!!

My AC went out and BASKETT'S was dispatched by American Homeshield. I was hesitant, due to a bad experience with American Homeshield. Basketts is Very professional. I felt really comfortable with them.. He repaired my heatpump, super nice guy, very honest and caring. I will NEVER use another repair company again. If you need anything Heat pump, AC related. After dealing with 2 other companies, Anthony has been the best professional I have dealt with over the past several months. He always calls, makes appointments (and shows up on time), and knows what he's doing. I highly recommend him to anyone who is having problems with their heating/air.

Service call through AHS. I called AHS during the holiday weekend. I didn't know when the contractor was going to call. Anthony called first thing Tuesday (first business day) and asked if he could come THIS MORNING! They arrived on time, fixed my problem quickly and advised me that I didn't need my central AC cleaned, but when they checked, I was low on freon. There was a discounted fee for the freon. I would call them again if I need service.

I have Always been pleased with Anthony's service and dependability. Very professional and I highly recommend Anthony and his Nephew . You can depend on them for your AC repairs. Highly recommend.

Anthony was fast, professional and very informative.. I have had others to fix my heat pump, Baskett's have been the fastest and the most professional of them all...Very informative to changing filters and keeping my unit free and clear..The best and Anthony gave me 5 star service, very friendly...My service call was through American shield..He replaced my motor, fan and heating coils...

Excellent service, professional and fast service. They checked my heat pump on a Wednesday and was installing the new one on monday. I highly recommend them.
