Ross Dress for Less

Pretty good not that big but did find a variety of home decor & cute stuff for kids. Still a great option for shopping close. I'll rather come here than the drive to murfreesboro. Clean organized & speedy checkout

I’ve been to new Ross stores and they’ve all been lacking but the Tullahoma store was honestly great as far as merchandise for being so new. It was also organized, clean, and the employees were super friendly. My only complaint was it was SUPER HOT inside the store. We stayed and shopped for about 1 hour and 15 minutes and were SWEATING by the time we left. It was about 76 outside and was COOLER than it was inside the store. I’m not sure what was wrong but we also visited other stores nearby and none of them has the same issue.

Large store with few employees, after searching for 15+ minutes I could not find what I was looking for. No greeting or contact with their customers, however they do have fairly priced clothing if you don’t mind searching for it!

Good prices. Good selection. Don't believe the signs posted about 10% off with a new credit card. They won't give you the discount!

Was ok they were remodeling so I can't comment much at this time.

Terrible experience. Went there around 9:15 tonight. There were 3 employees working. One older lady and 2 young females. The 2 younger girls were talking extremely loud and being very obnoxious even while customers were still shopping. When I went to check out, the young lady was very rude and complained about not helping anymore customers after 10:30. I was checking at 9:38 and the young girl ringing me up told her co-worker to make the announcement that they'll be closing at 10:30. Her co-worker proceeded to do so. Some of the other shoppers looked confused by this announcement. The young ladies then poked fun at some of the customers who seemed annoyed by this early announcement. My wife and I left very disappointed by the whole experience. Very unprofessional.

Came in for the opening just after sunset with heavy congestion I had a hard time getting through the store and was shouted at by a manager when I tried to pass through to the men's section. He told me I wasn't allowed to go this way and I had to go all the way around. I was shocked by his short temper and demeanor I have no idea how this guy is a manager; black guy named Mandez. I would hope Ross would offer better customer service than that it'll be sometime before I return.
