I would highly recommend Fleet Feet! I went to multiple different sports and shoe stores trying to find HOKAs as I wanted to try them in first. Fleet Feet was the only place that had them. They had multiple different options and the staff there were very helpful and knowledgable about the shoes.

Great experience - I was helped quickly and the associate worked with me to try on multiple shoes. The foot scanning thing is pretty awesome. They didn't have my size in-store for what I was looking for so they offered to order my size. I will be back!

Staff was efficient & knowledge. Store was well stocked. Pricing was comparable to on-line retailers as well as other brick & mortar businesses. Store was easily located via GPS. Easy in & out of parking lot.

After trying on the shoes, I was amazed at the fit and feel. They provided incredible support, stability, and comfort. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. No wait time, completed the process and was provided individualized info to help find the best shoe that I needed for work. It was obvious that the young ladies working that day were extremely knowledgeable about their job. They were very friendly and genuine which made the experience very comfortable and not rushed. LOVE my new Brooks and I am already planning to get my 2nd pair there very soon!!

The associate who helped us was very kind and efficient. She helped my son really figure out which shoes work for him. He loves them. They also give a student athlete discount!

The Staff Members are very knowledgeable and very friendly. You tell them what your going use the shoes for they scan you feet and pick out shoe base on whatyou told them.

Excellent customer service! Adam was very helpful to ensure that I had the correct shoe options for my feet. He took the time to scan & measure my foot & returned with 3 shoe options. He placed each trial pair on my feet, had me walk to check the alignment & ensure a good fit. He took each pair off & returned them to their box. I didn't have to do anything, other than purchase the pair with the best fit. Most stores don't offer this type of service. Thanks again. I love my new Brooks Ghost tennis shoes!

Despite it being fairly busy on a Saturday morning, I was helped quickly and an associate was able to find the perfect shoe for me. As someone with some bone and joint issues and custom orthotics, that isn’t an easy task. I would recommend fleet feet in JC for anyone who needs a new pair of running shoes!

Fleet Feet is my only go to for running shoes. I appreciate the knowledgeable staff and variety of brands available. I can explain what is important for me in a running shoe, and suddenly have a several to choose from. The staff is friendly and there is never high pressure sales tactics. Some locations offer running groups. It’s always fun to meet other runners!

Great experience here. Very knowledgeable, quick and easy. Within 5 minutes I had a well fitted pair of insoles that feel a thousand times better then my old ones. Great shoe selection also. Many brands and models that you will not find in local big box stores.

Abby was very courteous and helpful. She recommended a pair of On Clouds, which I had never owned before this. They are the most comfortable running shoes I have ever owned!
