As an authorized retailer... this store is awesome. I called and talked to Cameron and got all the info I needed and more. I had to call the cooperate store in alcoa first and they left me with nothing but waiting for a call back...it's been 4 hours now. I got my first us cellular phones here and to this day, this store offers a better experience, better product available and much better staff than the corporate store less than 10 miles away. I'll be back, time and time again to this location. Wouldn't recommended anyone going anywhere else if you want customer service that truly matters and a representative that cares about your needs as a consumer

Cameron is a godsend! i missed out on a promotion because of a bad experience at the alcoa location. Cameron did his absolute best to mend the awful treatment we received at alcoa. he made the experience of buying a phone enjoyable! i will be going to the maryville store from now on, as i have never received better service from any business before (not just cell phone stores). thank you cameron!

Came into this store for the first time a few weeks ago and talked with Cameron let me just say this he is the best sales person I've dealt with in years as a US cellular customer having a sales agent like Cameron is one of the reasons I'm still a customer I will never go back to alcoa us cellular store again they are very rude and disrespectful the maryville location and the sales team there are phenomenal thank you Cameron for all your help will be back for more upgrades

Stopped in to pay a bill yesterday and am very impressed with this location. Girl was activating a phone for a customer and took care of me while she was doing that. I appreciated that a great deal. I used to stand there for hours trying to pay my bill at Pigeon Forge location. This is a quick easy place to pay your bill. Always good customer service at this location.

I’ve been through cell phone heck for a week now. (Dealing with TMobile) Cameron and Blake at the Maryville location finally resolved everything today! I’d recommend this store & staff to anyone. Edited: Blake stayed late to help myself and another customer to ensure we were taken completely care of and satisfied before he left the store. Thank you, Blake. I've been with US Cellular for 10 yrs and they have always been the best for coverage and pricing. I also really enjoy the service at this store. The employees and the manager were all extremely helpful and nice even though it was busy when I was there. Katelyn went out of her way to see that I was giving good service......

Love coming here, they are helpful and do what they can despite complications that come up. A lot of things are out of their hands but they find a way to get things done if you give them a chance!
