The employees are always so nice and helpful. I truly appreciate that. The prices of Harbor freight can't be beat. Their merchandise is great.

It's always great here. Store is clean, well stocked, and employs knowledgeable staff always willing to lend a hand.

Make adapters for the Bauer batteries to the Hercules tools and vice verse. If people can do them on Amazon and China can sell them, then you should be able to also.

I & my husband go there when we need to purchase certain tools that we need & when they have a sale going on. It can be beneficial. However. We do our homework by searching around.

Staff was friendly. Husband bought a log splitter and when we got it home, decided that it probably wasn't big enough for what we needed. I took it back (had an injured hand) and they unloaded from the truck for me and were quick and courteous with the refund. Not our first (or last) interaction at this Harbor Freight, but represents the our usual experience.

Why spend an absurd amount of money on tools if you're a home owner? This place is an absolute life and money saver. Bauer is so much cheaper than other brands and just as good in my opinion. I have had 2 drills for 4 years and used them to build a laundry room, work on odd and end things, etc. Still going strong.

Low prices and the experience staff even introduced me to the inside track club which saves even more

Very nice store. Have always enjoyed shopping here. My only complaint is when I asked an associate a question regarding an item, instead of her looking it up, she sent me to stand in a checknout lane for 20 minutes for the cashier to look up the item. That is just some utter bull right there. She should have gone to a terminal and looked up the item. She didn't want to be bothered with having to find it because it was new. Cashier found the item and she had to ho find it anyways. Customer service needs worked on for some of the floor associates.

Nice selection, tidy, and checkout was extremely friendly.

They had exactly what I needed and at a good price. Even lower than the last time I bought one. It is an automatic pump for kerosene. It runs off batteries and quickly does the job. Easy in and out of store. Friendly sales people.

I like thus place it has everything you need at a reasonable price, some of there tools come with a life time warranty that most people look for. I had broken a tool and went their for replacement tool they exchanged it with no issues, so if you have a little money and can't afford the more expensive tools this is the place for you to shop, even if it is for someone else great place.

You may go in there looking for one thing. Most of the time they will have it. But you find a lot of things you didn't know you needed. So you buy more than you came for.

Excellent place for inexpensive items. Store is always clean..well organized..and staff is very helpful.

Their return policy is great. A gear puller failed as I used it, and they swapped it out in about 5 minutes.

Found a nice tool storage chest for my son for Christmas. Tha k you Harbor freight for having them in stocks. Merry Christmas to all the workers there that working hard and manage to smile during the hectic seasons.
