AT&T Store

The guys at the store were the most helpful bunch I've ever dealt with. Fast helpful and went above and beyond with things they really didn't need to do! We got our daughter her first phone and they really made it a great experience for her! 5 stars foe this team

Worked with the manager Stephen to trade in my 12 Pro for a 15 Pro, he was friendly and and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommended him to anyone looking for a new phone

Pete was excellent and amazed how well he was able to multitask. At the time I was in the store there were several people and he was able to deal effectively with all of us.

This place was an authorized dealer for AT&T. Sometimes people are hesitant and would like to deal with an actual AT&T store, but they act and operate as an AT&T store. The service was fast and efficient. Whatever the AT&T site said they had in the store was there. I asked about a few items check to see if the inventory was accurate and it is. I purchased my watch because that's what I came in to buy. They pulled up my account, asked for my license and pin to insure I was the account holder, processed my order, updated my account to reflect the watch and I was done. Simple, fast, and efficient. I may venture to say, they operated better than going to an actual branded AT&T store. I would definitely recommend them. By the way I know that's an actual AT&T store, but some people are hesitant when they see authorized dealer, I know because I was one of them 😂

Patrick was the best. Super helpful when I got my new iphone 13 and had us in and out of the store in no time at all! Highly recommend the location. Everybody seemed very professional and made the experience a memorable one.

Jerry is the man. His level of professionalism is unmatched by anyone I have ever interacted with in any retail setting. The time and dedication he gave towards solving my problem and addressing my concerns exceeded expectations. His efforts made all the trouble I was dealing with on the corporate side of AT&T less aggravating. Jerry is an honest, dedicated and hard working manager. In my opinion, the best individual to represent the AT&T brand. I hope AT&T appreciates him and his efforts as much as my girlfriend and I did during our complicated phone issues. I give the highest of recommendations to Jerry.

Austin was awesome! My daughters phone was run over so we went in needing a new phone ASAP. He was very patient, spent a good 2 hours with us making sure we had the best deal in the end.

Multiple visits all were excellent customer service. In particular manager Joshua was great in helping me suprise my wife with an iPhone. Also joshua was great in helping with an issue I had with a representative when I called AT&T. Thanks again!

I am very pleased with the service and feeling that Josh treated me extremely well especially since I am a senior citizen and not very technically savvy. The store is very conveniently located for all of us residing in Little Egg Harbor or Tuckerton. Don't hesitate to stop in.

Thomas was extremely helpful. He had to occasionally stop to help other patrons that came in the door since he was working all by himself, but still made sure everyone got the help they were seeking. He even saved me money in the long run! Thanks, Tom!
