The Container Store

I have use Container Store's Elfa system to build 2 garage spaces and 2 closests. I love the Elfa system. I use the older tech and it's good. I think the newer system is even better. I installed the systems myself and got help from my friend for a few of the pieces. Overall, easy to install, great design and you get good quality for complete custom spaces.

We spent over 2 hours designing 3 sets of kitchen cabinets and drawers; bathroom drawers; and our office drawers. It was easy to do, but hard because we had so many options. Everything worked out perfectly. My wife is happy!!!

Great location, the staff are extremely helpful, especially Hanna and her service dog, along with Juan they know how to work together and under pressure, most of these stores are under staffed and overwhelm with orders, but these guys took care of business.

This location is very nice and clean. At the cashier, they clean the credit card machine after each customer used. Staff is nice well organized.

Purchased elfa custom closets as part of extensive renovation project last year. All things custom made are expensive but my experience and opinion is that custom made products yield higher satisfaction because best quality materials are used, superior quality craftsmanship is in custom services and outstanding design consultation brings your vision to life. That is what distinguishes custom products from ordinary off the shelf products.

Elfa designed closet systems fit and finish are visibly outstanding. Closet systems delivered on time and installation was efficient and flawless.

A pretty unique store and fun to roam around in. Imagine the kitchen and storage section of bed bath & beyond and then expand it to 10 times the size. Lots of stuff for home and office. You're guaranteed to stumble upon something that you never knew you needed. If you've never been I would highly suggest checking it out. You can almost think of it as a mini Ikea minus the furniture and lighting.

The container store is a paradise for organization lovers! They have everything you could need to get organized.

Wonderful organization ideas and tools! Large and small

I am a HUGE fan of The Container Store's Elfa closet system -- I have slowly updated all of my closets because Elfa is so versatile, easy to adjust, etc. That said, I'm not here to review Elfa! I'm here to review the customer service of the wonderful people who work at/with The Container Store, and specifically at this location. They seem to really care about finding you the best fit!

We recently had the owner's closet in our new home replaced with Elfa. I had already partially designed the space, but we came in and worked with a designer to finalize it. The designer spent a lot of time walking through things with us and helping us modify according to our needs. He also helped ensure we were able to save as much as possible with the coupons and deals we had access to. We drove to the store last week to pick up the components, and their team were really quick at getting everything in the car -- just barely! -- they must play Tetris in their free time!

From experience, I knew I wanted an installer -- not that Elfa is hard to install, but it's a LOT of pieces to sort through for a large closet, and 4 hours of a professional installer's time would take me days... the installer (3rd party) was GREAT -- he identified early on that there had been a mix-up in the colors we ordered (heads up that platinum and graphite look VERY similar!), so we actually had a few components in the incorrect color. We were also missing a few pieces. He called it in and the store's manager immediately called me to resolve the issue, and kept me updated throughout the day.

We had PACKED the car with components, so it didn't surprise me that there were a few errors -- despite their very thorough process, mistakes happen! They offered various options for swapping the pieces, and reminded me that the install cost came with additional visits, as necessary.

While the best kind of review is probably the kind that describes a flawless experience, I think it's nice to acknowledge how businesses react when mistakes happen. I was really impressed with the customer service -- you can tell they really care about their customers and about getting things right when the inevitable "human error" creeps in!

The Container Store has everything you need to organize your space at home or at work. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I found everything I needed and a few additional items. Plenty of parking.

Helpful staff. Good inventory available. Getting in and out of plaza can be a little tricky.

If you need a container...well, look no further, buddy! This place is the mecca of containment! So much containing can be had here! I think the only thing I couldn't contain here was my happiness at having such a variety of containers to choose from!

I love the service and that they have so many things you can multipurpose. Having a cashier at each end is genius, especially when it's busy. And I love looking at the little gadgets near the cashier. I've found some really useful things there over the years.

While the prices are a bit high I do love this place. Any type of container you need for an organizing her home improvement project you can find here. I live about two hours away and every time I'm in the area I come to the container store. they also have some good organic cleaning products and their alpha shelving system is totally customizable and really good. the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. however I do recommend going to the back of the building and parking in the back that way you have closer access to your car and you do not have to go up and down the stairs

This is part one for my review of my big purchase. I am working on making a small bedroom into a master closet so I signed up for a virtual consultation to see what kind of ideas I can entertain. Joanna C was my consultant for the session. She was friendly, knowledgeable, insightful, funny, and very willing to figure ways to fit my budget. I was very satisfied with the final version after an hour of discussion. Much appreciation to Joanna for all her help and effort in making my project come true! Next review will focus on the installation and overall impression of the Elfa system. Stay tuned.

Beautiful new store - very spacious. The employees are extremely helpful and friendly. I also like that they have standard household items around on display so you can, for example, see if canned goods will fit on a particular shelf or container.

This store moved it's location from across highway 7 and now is adjacent to Best Buy and next to Embassy Suites and Ruth Chris's steak house. Parking is much improved and the store is larger, brighter and has a better check out process than it's old location. Same great selection.

If money is no object, you will find what you need at this store. I love everything that I buy here, if I can stand to open my wallet and pay for it. If you would like even the most mundane items in your home to sparkle with refinement, please come here. On my last shopping trip I bought sock clips and an ergonomic chair, if that gives you any idea of the span of items you can find here.
