We came in to check on updates for our phones, we were told it was closing time but Whitney and Tyler graciously offered to stay and help myself and my husband. We ended up getting new phones and a tablet. They were both very helpful and we really enjoyed our experience.

Our experience on 12/22/23 was one of the best experiences I have had while being with Verizon. Whitney and Tyler were very helpful and helped us get the phones we wanted along with a tablet.
