I had a pump that wasn't pumping and made an SOS call. They had Jorden their tech guy call me right back and came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it right on the spot. great guy. Saved me from having to close the pool back up and take the pump somewhere to get worked on. Highly Recommend!

We're newbies to pool ownership with an above ground pool. Lisa is very knowledgeable, took the time to understand what we needed and sent us home with the supplies and replacement parts we needed to take the next step to open our pool for summer. We went to two previous stores with no one able/willing to help before finding Sunset Aquatech Pools. They have our future business!

Sunset has performed routine maintenance and “help I’m out of service” rush service when equipment has failed (always just before family parties) for my family for over 12 years. I purchased a 2,400 gallon inflatable pool at another store and learned the smelly/slimy way that treating the pool was the way to go. I have ZERO experience with pools, but the team at Sunset Aquatech walked me through it step by step.

They tested a sample of water I brought in, gave me a print out of what exactly I needed to add (and the quantities), and even numbered each product with a sharpie to make it the process even simpler. I maybe spent $40 and left with enough product for almost the entire summer. Oh, and I got 20% off for being a first time customer. What a great experience!

I used to go to Leslie's because of the convenience of it being close to the house but I got tired of them just shoving expensive chemicals down my throat every time I went in there. Not to mention the last two times I went in there they said I had to drain a foot of water out of my pool. Came here and they just oozed confidence and knowledge. Spent $35 to get my pool on track without draining any water. Thank you! You just got a customer for life.

I love this place. They're so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. All kinds of pools, pool filters - doesn't matter - they'll help you out. I take a sample of my pool water once a month and they keep it clear!
