AT&T Store

Amberley was the most helpful any AT&T employee has ever been. We have had AT&T for years and this was by far the most pleasant and easy experience we had. We were adding a line, buying a phone and asking questions about potential changes to our account and she made all of it seamless. We will always ask for her and you should too!

Vernon was incredibly helpful! He explained the whole process (walking through new updates on the new phone and how it compares to my older phone) to me in a very concise manner. He was incredibly friendly and made sure I was informed on all deals offered by AT&T so that I could make a thoughtful purchase suited to my needs. Thank you!

Trumane was a perfect fit for what I needed. He listened to my problem, worked on a solution, stated with me to make sure I was in a good place and when I said I wanted to wait, he advised me when he left for lunch and how long he would've gone so I did not panic. Customer service 101 to perfection. He. Would tea h a lot of your other stores how to make your customers feel like they want AT&T because they want his service more than the business.

Avery was extremely helpful at getting me all the devices I was getting. She made everything simple and explained everything very thoroughly! She laid everything out clearly, and helped me set up my new devices with a smile!

Never in my life have I EVER had such an amazing experience in a store. Tru Watkins is an absolute treasure and an amazing store manager. He helped me resolve an issue with multiple lines within an hour all while making sure everyone else in the store was taken care of and watching out for his coworkers. Definitely need more Tru Watkins in the world!!! Thank you Tru!!!

Every phone company needs people like Trumane Watkins! AT&T automates everything, which is fine when it works, and a pain-and-a-half when it doesn't. I switched from wireless to prepaid. AT&T merged my two accounts, but the new account didn't recognize the presence of the wireless numbers when I went to cancel them. I tried everything and kept getting "we can't find that number." Finally, I went into the store and Trumane was there. He had helped me just a few days before when AT&T's payment system kept saying my credit card payment was rejected while the cc company itself was accepting the charges. When I came in this time, he was helping a lady who had been trying to resolve a payment issue for three months, calling every week, and getting nowhere. While I was there, Trumane talked to the AT&T guy at the other end, and after a long conversation, the issue was being resolved as he started waiting on me. I told him the two wireless numbers that I needed to cancel, he looked them up on his system and did so (he told me earlier that they were no longer allowing him to cancel accounts and that the customer had to do it themselves. This was undoubtedly a sales decision, as their customer service reps would try to talk you out of cancelling, but for those like me who had switched to a prepaid account, it was completely irrelevant). Trumane is patient, knowledgeable, and takes a personal interest in resolving the problems of his customers. I.e., he cares, and it shows. AT&T should give him a raise.

ask for Mel ! he’s such an amazing person very kind and patient, it didn’t matter how long it took he was determined to help us in anyway he could . i say above n beyond. definitely need more people like him thank you !!!

I went to the Hiram, GA AT&T store to upgrade my cell phone, and I've gotten an outstanding customer service experience with my salesperson (Anacia). She was knowledgeable and patient. Thanks.

I come in for a screen protector for iPhone 13 work phone I didn't see it I think the manager come over and helped me find it and sent me over to checkout I was in and out quickly and they where super busy Friday afternoon people were everywhere in there lol so yeah I was happy to get in and out very quickly yesterday thanks 🙏 I be back definitely 💯 👍

I really had a great experience. Mimi and LT helped me find tablets for my mom and I. They were kind to me, and I appreciated that so much. Especially when they stayed late just to make sure I was happy.
I wanted to mention amother associate, Xavier. He is one of our heroes who served our country. Before I left I had the pleasure of telling him "thanks" for his service. Make sure you tell him also when you stop by. He deserves it. All of them do.

2 or 3 weeks ago my brother who is 80 went in to get his info transferred to a new phone, iphone over to Samsung. He was so VERY lucky to have Trumane help him. Being elderly my brother can get confused at times and Trumane took his time getting things done and even called me (in Ohio) when he was finished. Reps like him are few and far between , ATT is very fortunate to have him. This review is for the Corporate store in Hiram , Ga.

The staff was excellent in helping me to solve my telephone issues. They were also kind and respectful to me as a senior person.

Denzel did a wonderful job assisting my partner and I on the day of the new iPhone release. He has great customer service skills, assisting us in purchasing accessories for our new devices, as well as informing us on all-things setup for our new devices. He also placed the screen protectors on both our phones, which was very helpful and appreciated. He deserves a raise, 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!!

Went to the ATT store had the pleasure of having Vernon as our representative and helped my son get a new phone within minutes. Was in the store for less then 15 minutes no frustrations Vernon was very helpful and would recommend anyone who visits the store to come to him.

I am a customer of over 15 years. I have experienced horrible customer service and excellent customer service with the entire ATT company as a whole. Jodie was exceptional! I went in to get a new upgrade. I was welcomed right away and tended to by Jodie. She was so kind and friendly. I did not feel any pressure to get into anything I wasn’t sure of and she answered all my questions. She was very knowledgeable. The entire encounter from start to finish was less than 30 minutes. I will go back to her for all my future purchases.

I recently got AT&T as my internet provider, up until yesterday I had received terrible customer service from AT&T and even worse communication. I decided to give them one last chance, so I went into the store hoping to find someone that could resolve my issues. When I first walked in, Tanya immediately approached to greet me and asked how could she help me. From that moment she listened to all of my issues I had going on with AT&T, and she instantly started working on resolving them. She was so welcoming and kind the entire time I was there. I appreciate her eagerness in doing all she could to help resolve my issues. She went above and beyond for me and I really want to say thank you Tanya first for being so sweet, and second for helping me. Thank you!

The service was top tier and high quality and they explained everything to me and the location was very clean and the staff was very kind. The representatives name was Tyler and he was very nice and cool.

Today I brought my parents to upgrade their phones, we were greeted and helped by Ms. Jodi, she was very professional, kind, helpful, and caring, something that’s hard to find these days in sales reps. She went above and beyond in regards to customer service, ensured to give us the best deals and recommendations, and treated us like family I’m glad I chose this store, I will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommended.

For about 2-3 months I've been trying to switch on to my fiancé plan. We've went to 2 AT&T stores "one of them were a corporate store...BTW" they made it difficult we had to verify several times after verification for some reason we were turned away.
we made our way to this AT&T on Jimmy Lee smith. I called my old provider and got the transfer pin and was done in 5-10mins. If you stay in the Austell, Hiram, douglasville, powder springs area this is the #1 store to come to, very professional quick and easy experience.

Xavier attended to my wife and I as soon as we entered the store. After greeting us I told him about us being former AT&T customers and we wanted to come back. He explained the options we had and we chose one and end up getting eight devices, internet, and tv service all thanks to his knowledge of the products and services of AT&T. I was coming in there just for new phone services and maybe one new phone. Thank you for all you do. AT&T store staff in Hiram are the best, I like how attentive the management staff are as well. They were able to answer additional questions we had, and the friendliness of the staff is awesome. I will definitely be coming back to this location for future purchases. Thanks a lot.
