AT&T Store

These guys (and girl) were AWESOME! The manager performed "surgery" on my phone and saved it even though I was sure it was beyond help! I did end up buying a new phone anyways and Benjamin was super helpful in setting up my new phone. Nothing will ever beat being able to walk into a business and talk to a live person!! Thanks so much!!

Always a wonderful experience when I shop here. John ordered me a iPhone 15 pro max and it came two days later right to my doorstep. He upgraded my lines to the new premium plus plan that has better hot spot than my old plan. He should run the company if given the chance.

Gage that works for AT&T was very friendly and helpful setting up my mother's very first smart phone at the age of 75. So I've been teaching her one feature at a time. I don't know how long the special AT&T has will go on but if you have an old Samsung galaxy phone to trade in it will take off 800 dollars from your new phone which will be broken down off if your monthly payments for the next 3 years.

AT&T in Palatka is fantastic. All of the reps are so nice and knowledgeable about the products that they offer. Go and get TV and Internet from them, it’s awesome!

Everyone is very nice and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Everyone is very knowledgeable and I will definitely be coming back!

I needed to change over to a new account and wanted to keep my old number. Benjamin was quick to take care of us and walked through the whole process. I even decided to upgrade from an old iPhone 8 to a new 14, he managed that as well and did it knowledgeably, personably and as quickly as the AT&T process would let him. The store itself was clean, quiet and well laid out. I know where I will go if I ever have troubles or questions that need to be answered. Thank you Benjamin and great work!

I went in today to upgrade 2 lines and pass down my previous phone to my daughter. we were there about 2 hours. john was so nice and personable. we were like old friends by the time i left. definitely enjoyed the experience.

Gage was exceptional! He was amazing to my wife a few months back and made our todays experience easy, understanding and Went above and beyond for us! I got a brand new I phone pro max (plus accessories), a iPad Pro and new party box base boost speaker! I completely changed from Verizon to AT&T and probably couldn’t have done it so well without Gages help! Thank you Gage!

I went into this store and Thomas met and opened the door for me . I went in with a TON of problems and he sat with me and figured out each one of them individually. Im not very good with phones and he explained and was super patient with me. Definitely will recommend this store and Thomas to all of my friends and family.

Went in to open up an account and to purchase the new iPhone 12’s, and our sales rep Payton was the absolute best. Answered all of my questions, helped us get everything we needed together to switch our numbers, as well as stayed after close to help us finish setting them up and made sure our apps downloaded, when we could have easily done it at home. He gave us quality help, and told us the best deals & best advice when it came to what phones to get.

I went in to the ATT in Palatka after being on the phone with customer service for hours without resolution! I was greeted by the manager Karen at the door with a sweet smile. She introduced me to Landon and said I was in good hands. She was right! Finally I had someone who listened to me, took his time and was able to fix my problem that the dummies on the phone couldn’t… I’m so grateful for those two!

I was prompted within a reasonable time and greeted with a smile. The Rep helped me with everything and he also showed me new features that my phone offer.. I highly recommend the Palatka Florida store for Great customer care!
