AT&T Store

I keep going to this ATT store because Nick is the best. He helped me multiple times to change my plan from pre-paid to post paid when I have to go out of the country so I keep having coverage and each time it has been smooth and easy, but not every one can do this. He really know what he is doing and that is why I will continue to come to this store. He is very helpful and did a great job. Thank you Nick, I appreciate you!

I was dreading going to inquire about my phone issues because of several past experiences in general. I went to this location and was assisted immediately by Antonio. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. He didn’t try to talk me into any extras, services, etc. As a matter of fact I mentioned it to him, he gave me feedback, left it at that and said if I should decide to go with what I was inquiring about to let him know or come back and ask for him. I will definitely make that my store of choice for the future. I’m now mad at myself for dreading it.

Sereno and Nick are awesome!! Even though we had trouble with some glitch on my account with corporate, they figured out a solution and helped me get my new phone upgrade. I also got the new internet air!! The guys were great!!!

Nick was very helpful when I upgraded my phone and changed my internet and direct Tv. You have all been very helpful 🙂

Since moving to Clearwater we have had to come to this store for a multitude of reasons. My husband dropped his phone in the gulf LOL and we needed a replacement … Got it here not problem…. Needed a new phone for our new business Got it here no problem!!! Needed a second line added to our business line Got it here no problem!!! Nick has always been the one to help us when we have come to this store and he has ALWAYS been more than helpful with recommendations and setting up our phones😊 Thank you

great customer service it’s a . younger crowd loved the energy they had i think ones name is taylor but one has blond one has brown hair and the other guy was black. all three was great

My IPhone 11 stopped working and Nick helped me out of a pinch. I came to town on business and out of nowhere my touch screen completely stopped responding to input, so I made the choice to stop by the AT&T in town and was blown away. Nick walked me through my options, I decided to upgrade my phone with a trade in, and walked away with a new IPhone 14. Needless to say I was super stoked walking out of the store! Definitely recommend this store and Nick in particular!

Jordan was absolutely awesome. I’ve had some bad experiences in this store previously, as if i wasn’t buying a new phone they didn’t want help me with basic customer service. Jordan gave me his undivided attention and helped me with all my concerns. He even looked at my plan and saw that we had upgrades and improvements at no cost to us. No one else ever took the time to go out of their way like he did, and we have 6 phone lines. We will always look for him when we come in.

I came to this office with several problems, one of which was my email account had been compromised. I was fortunate enough to have been helped by Morgan who is INCREDIBLE, literally! This young man knows his stuff!! He spent a good bit of time solving that problem as well as educating me on several other issues that I had questions about. Customers should not be hesitant by Morgan’s youthful appearance because this young man is one of the most knowledgeable and extremely helpful AT&T employees I have ever had the pleasure of working with. KUDOS to Morgan!!

This was the best AT&T experience we've ever had in the 20+ years as customers. Edwin & Jill were patient and informative. This will be our new go to AT&T store.

I am very pleased with the services received by the representative Melissa at this location. She was very patient in answering all of my questions. She was able to send different quotes making it easy for me to make the best informed decision regarding my future account. It was a pleasure working with her. I look forward to my transition to AT&T with help from Melissa.

Morgan reviewed my account for me and realized being a Veteran allowed me an option for a 25 % discount. I was blown away and will definitely put that additional 50 dollars a month to good use!! Thank you AT&T and Morgan for all of your professionalism!!

Great friendly service! Jae helped me out today with an activation lock issue for the iPhone 13. I called earlier and she said that it shouldn’t be a problem to get if working. Came in and she figured it out in less than 10mins. We’re traveling so I’m happy I have my phone working again. Thanks!

Wow such a nice gentleman at the AT&T store. I am an elderly woman that doesn't know much about phones but Chasen was kind and patient and even worked with me well past closing hours to get me taken care of and help me understand what I was getting into. I will be giving his card to all of my girlfriends to come and see him. Such a sweet and professional young man.

I visited this AT&T store on 4/13/2021 and it was all good. The employee who assisted me was Melissa Hicks. Her people skills, professionalism, and product knowledge were off the charts. Outstanding customer service service!!

Shawn was very helpful and had a very friendly demeanor. I was able to get an iPhone upgrade, add a line and still end up with a comparable monthly bill. He is the best!

I went back to this AT&T store due to positive experience last time I had to set up new phone. This morning a young man named Morgan was able to back up, transfer info, and set up my new iPhone in a jiffy. He also went thru some of the features so I was familiar with its use. Thank you Morgan
