I'd u go to set ur medication when they're not so busy. It's much better.. They r usu very kind & consistent.. Each store is diff, u should try to go the Walgreens on 53td Ave & 13th St.. Good store 😉👏🏼❣

As mentioned in other reviews I too have had the same exact issues with Justin Rix. No other pharmacist at this location gives me any issues they're all great with the exception of him. He is very rude, and does things just because he thinks he can. After an altercation between him and I inside the store I reported him to management and some of the " higher ups" for Walgreens..... to no avail. He's still the same rude, impatient person he was before. I was hoping that would be a wake up call for him. Unfortunately not the case. Absolutely ZERO customer service skills. I avoid his shifts to drop off and pick up if at all possible.

I felt it was necessary to come and update my review as I still get lots of prescriptions filled at this pharmacy every month for my family. My previous review was a very accurate review at the time but over the last couple of months the experience has been very pleasant and the attitude and demeanor of the said pharmacist has changed. He has been very pleasant and helpful and therefore I must acknowledge that change in his behavior. I’m not one to “complain” about things and it pained me to post the first review in the first place so I’m happy to report these changes and the positive experience I’ve had over the last several months.
