I just wanted to take a minute to recognize Emilee Graf. She is an outstanding employee with superb Customer service skills.
I went yesterday to inquire for options for shipping to Germany.. Most were very expensive. She spent extensive time continuing to search until she found a reasonable rate.
My husband and I went back today and she remembered me and was more than happy to assist me. There were multiple glitches in the process, but she kept on trying. She made multiple calls and did not give up. Unbelievable patience. There was only one other associate working and the line was out the door. She did not let that frustrate her.
It ended up taking between 45-60 minutes, but she made it happen.
You are fortunate to have such an outstanding employee. Please recognize her.
Update: The package was to arrive in 7-21 business days and it arrived in less than 7!

I drop packages here often and it’s always such a pleasant experience because of the young woman, Emily running the place. She’s incredible!!! She’s so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She’s always completely alone and she never makes you feel rushed even with a lobby full of people. She diligently and kindly helps each person simultaneously. It’s so impressive.
Today she helped a blind man through the shipping process of sending mail to his family in California. It was top notch service. I won’t ship from anywhere else because of her.

This location was actually helpful. I went to the 34th street and 20th location in Gainesville, and they were not as helpful, and would not take my return, and wanted to charge me for one strip of tape to close the box. I came to my UPS store by my house, and they were exceptionally helpful. The one gentleman even told me how to get my return label because the other location messed up my return by creating but not taking my package. This location helped me figure out who to call, and how to get it done. And didn’t try and charge any extra fees for basic service. Top notch customer service here! Way to go guys!!

Recently I was trying to help my mom return several packages to Amazon and she didn't have all of her return codes ready and it was nearing closing time.
I was dreading going in at the last minute. I really hate making employees stay past their closing time and my mom isn't always the easiest person to help.
Enter Gabby... she was so professional and warm and friendly and helpful. Where most people would've gotten frustrated, she stayed calm and continued smiling, doing everything possible to help. Never did we feel rushed or that we were inconveniencing her. I don't think I could have been that patient!
I left smiling and so grateful for all of her help.
This is one of the only reviews I've ever left for a business, but I couldn't let her kindness and professionalism go unnoticed. Thank you so much Gabby!

I've been coming to this location for years. I have come to know the owner and a vast majority of the employees and they are all, simply put, AMAZING! Every visit is a great one and this team are some of the kindest, most hard working people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I would NEVER use the USPS again.

I needed to have some documents notarized and shipped overnight in order to close a business deal. Several people helped me, including Cesar, who notarized the documents. He was friendly and professional.
For various reasons, I was a little stressed out, but Cesar's friendly and professional manner put me at ease. I left thinking all was good. ...As it turned out, it was not: I'd missed some signature lines on the documents which also needed to be notarized and overnighted. And I discovered this not too long before UPS' closing. (It was one of those kinds of days.) I returned immediately to the UPS store. Luckily, Cesar was still working. I explained the situation, and he quickly figured out an easy, quick, and cost effective solution. He saved me a lot of hassle and inconvenience...and he did so with a smile....all of which made what could have been a serious headache go smoothly. I can honestly say that I'll be shipping from that UPS going forward. Thanks again, Cesar.

Best customer service I've ever seen in any UPS stores. My matter was a complicated one but the lady there did everything she could , spent a lot of time for me and ultimately solved my problem. I'm super happy with her service.

I am that person that always wants to write a review but after the experience is over, I kinda just never get around to it.
I've been to this store probably 10 times. The 1st few times, I thought it was just a fluke that the service was flawless. I figured, i'd wait it out- they would mess up eventually... well, 5 more visits later- they are still delivering 10/10 service, and I don't give that rating easily. They know customers by name, they hold doors open, they are polite and friendly, they are never not working, and they don't make you needlessly wait. They've helped me save money with my shipping and explain the process during.
This review is coming from someone who spent their career in the restaurant business, before getting into nursing- which is also very service oriented.
Keep up the good work!

I think it’s a breath of fresh air to see some new faces in this store. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. For anyone to say they thought that these people did not know what was going on was obviously having a bad day and looking to take it out on someone else. I was in and out of there with no problem and this store has definitely earned my business. Reading some of these negative reviews is almost like bitter ex employees trying to bring this great store down. Thanks UPS!!!

We love using this UPS store for all our shipping needs. The staff is reliable and friendly and the customer service is great. If you need something shipped and don't want to pack it yourself we highly recommend going here. Since we've been using the UPS Store we have been able to avoid the post office where you always have to stand in long lines. Their printing services are great too and the quality is excellent. A good thing to know, this store is the last stop for UPS, so if you drop off a package before 6:30 pm it will still go out the same day!

Great UPS Store. I have never had to spend more than 30-60 seconds when dropping off packages many many times. If that isn't quality service not sure what is, and honestly Dave you wanted to buy packaging from an entirely separate parcel service to overnight using another parcel service then didn't expect an up-charge? Come on man you didn't think that through. If you wanted to use USPS... go to USPS.

I walked up not realizing they closed at 6:30pm. It was 6:38pm and out comes the nicest guy asking if I needed a receipt and snuck my package in real quick for me! Definitely made my day! Thank you guys

I have a great experience every time I walk into this store. Everyone always has a smile on their face and always greets every person that walks through the door. Able to answer questions quickly. Speedy service and always trys to give the best deal possible.

I do frequent eBay selling and Amazon returns and use this UPS store frequently for shipping and printing. The staff is always helpful and able to help meet all my needs easily. I highly recommend this store.
