I want give huge thanks to andrea she was able to get me new sim card replacement super fast as i was in super rush. She had great attitude and customer service skills. And my phone is working way better than it had been for long long time that i didnt even realise there was problem till sim fully faild. So agin thanks!!

Hewitt AT&T is best in Waco area for customer service. I had been going to Waco off New Road and boy this store beats their customer service hands down. Only store I will use for my AT&T needs. Very friendly and helpful to my alll my family.

Taryn is absolutely amazing! She was so nice and helpful. She got me set up with new phones, accessories and plans in no time. The store is stocked well, and the floor plan is open so you don't feel crowded with other customers.

The Att store on 1515 Hewitt Drive has great customer service. A guy named Trey I think he was the store manager was very helpful‼

Well, I give the 5 stars because of Brittany. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. She took care of my issues with my phone. So if you get her as a sales rep. Then you will be satisfied. I live in Alabama and they couldn’t fix or they just didn’t want to help.

Just got a new phone and transferred service to AT&T store in Hewitt Texas. Knowledge of employees and service were outstanding. It was a pleasure doing business at this store. Made me feel welcome and they seemed to appreciate my business.

Miss Holly, Miss Taryn, and Yanet are AWESOME! They are wonderful! They will help you in a crisis. If you don’t understand something, they will put it in simple terms that you can understand. Come see them before you buy a new phone! I’ll never go anywhere else!!! This is my store.

Josh and the store manager did an awesome job setting up a family plan for 5 phone numbers. Very patient and professional. We are very pleased.
