Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries

It’s not as large as some of the other Goodwill‘s but they are exceptionally clean and well organized. The items available are all of high-quality and there is a good selection to choose from. And their employees are amazing: they’re all very friendly and helpful (and patient) which was immensely appreciated as I was shopping with my 15 month old daughter. One of the employees even helped keep an eye on my daughter so that I could check out. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

Super clean and nice staff. One older woman was putting together an end cap and it looked really nice. Nice to see someone take time to arrange things in a pleasing way. She put together a cobalt blue end cap with some Wedgewood pieces, other ceramics and some glass bowls and cups. It was pretty.

I frequent this store several days a week. I usually buy small pieces of wood furniture to repaint. I also stay abreast of the bid items. The staff knows me by name and greets me with a smile even if they have a long line. I have shopped several other stores but I feel like I am putting them out when I have a question. I have even driven to San Antonio to by 2 cases of purses. That store was awesome. They knew I was coming and I got there 15 minutes before closing. They didn't rush me and loaded up the boxes in my car.

Staff was very friendly. The manager was very informative. Clean store. Everything is very open to see what you need. Manager needs a raise for how kept it is. Not many places are that clean.

This location has the best customer service and it is always clean and organized!!!!!

I love the various Goodwill stores, however I do not like the fact their CEO has a huge salary, that they have tax exempt status yet their own employess are not allowed to shop in the stores they work it. It is ludicrous. I may have to stop shopping at Goodwills and donating to them until they can improve their employees pay, and access to shop in the place they work.

Nice people working here. They have a variety of things to buy here. Definitely recommend checking out this store as they do have some good buys.

Always great shopping. They've recently changed the layout and it is much easier to see all the merchandise and move around the store.
