Moving Supplies at U-Haul

As many times as I have been there its never been a bad or frustrating experience. The staff is always helpful and on the ball. The online check in process made picking up the truck a breeze. It saved me so much time and was pretty simple. I didn't have to wait around and I think I was there less than 15 minutes and gone. I know whenever I need a truck rental its the first place I go. Im sure I will continue to use them in the future as well. Highly recommend this Uhaul center.

BETTER THAN I THOUGHT - it was going to be

Unorganized. Long wait times. Poor communication. Lost my order. Three stars instead of 1 because they found my order and somewhat made things right with my ubox situation. I think I'll pay more and go with pods next time.
