The staff is super friendly. They have a nice selection of everything you could need. Any time I’ve had a question or trouble with something they’re quick to help. I’m a frequent customer; 10/10 would recommend.

Awesome shop. They’ve got a wide variety of products for everything you could possibly need. Beautiful selection of pieces, parts, wraps, bacco, and everything in between…and at a great price too! If you need something, come here! The store is huge, a smoking lounge would make the place top tier.

Thus store literally has everything from tobacco to Marijuana plus vapes with vape cartridges that last you for a good while and I just love the candles and incense they have plus they got the coolest bongs u could ever own there are so many different shapes and sizes it's amazing how many different cool things they have literally everything n anything u could possibly think of from bowls to pipes to bubbles and bongs its amazing place anybody who reads my review should definitely take my word and go have a look see for yourself like u couldn't ask for nicer people or a better vape shop.

Other than one my vapes tearing up not even two weeks after buying it.

Unworthy to be called a "business."

This morning, Wednesday, March 30, 2022, I stopped by the location next to Wal-Mart. I arrived a few minutes before their scheduled opening time, at 9:00 AM. At 9:05 AM, the store still was not open. I assumed someone forgot to turn on the Open sign. As I approached the door, an employee parked in front of the store acknowledged me, stating that he was coming to unlock the door. I stood by while he explained that he could not open the store because a security lock was taken, so someone else must be inside. I waited as he attempted to call the other employee while knocking on the door. The employee apologized to me and asked that I go to the store next to Ollie's. He assured me that someone would be there to help me out. When I got back to my car, I glanced at the clock, 9:15 AM. When I got to the second location, I saw an OPEN sign above the door, so I thought it would be a quick stop. As I pulled the door, I realized it was locked. I looked down and saw this infamous "security lock" still on the door. I went back to my car and by this time it was 9:35 AM. 35 minutes past opening time and both locations were not open. I immediately left and went to Planet Vapor in Big Stone Gap. I spent over $120 dollars on a new mod, batteries, and juice and was treated as a valued and respected customer. I am requesting the Owner of these locations to contact me, please respond to this review with your email.

They sell out of all the popular Liquids and stay outta stock for months at a time Ive even wrote down the name and asked for it to be ordered by the dozen..the employees watch every move you make...give me some spacee in searching for the 100s of eliquiqs...(oh yea this is when they show up on opening time!!)
