A great selection and very knowledgeable folks. Bashing a store because of how slow postal services have gotten is ill-advised and frankly an ignorant move.

We ordered a Royal Canin dog food with Joe Rita Pet Supply through their website on April 23, 2022. We were charged for the order and the following day were advised that the specific product was unavailable. We were asked if we wanted the amount refunded to our Visa and we advised we did want a refund. I inquired again on May 3, 2022, and the company said they "were looking into it". I again inquired by email on May 6, 2022 and several times since. The company has not responded to several emails since that date and no refund process as of May 27, 2022. They have no phone number on their website that I could find to call. Very poor customer service, to say the least. I am giving them one star just to be able to post this.

Seriously it's going to take month to receive my order. That's horrible!
