My cashier Morgan was super helpful in processing multiple gifts cards for my purchase. Even though she was assigned to self checkout, she had me go through a regular checkout lane and was still able to help the other customers while tending to my needs. Great job at multitasking and such a friendly attitude during the entire process. A rarity these days. Keep up the great work Morgan!!

Jerry, the assistant store manager, was super helpful. He was able to process a return for an unopened item that was a couple days outside of the 30 day return window. He considered the extenuating circumstances and granted the return request.

The other local Lowe’s store just quoted policy and refused to take into account my circumstances for the late return.

Easy, breezy shopping experience. Found everything we were looking for. The Halloween decorations are great this year. Not crowded. Instant check out. Nice store.
Update: Crowded today July 3, 2022 but got some paint and a shelf and looked at light fixtures. The one I picked out wasn't on the shelves to purchase. I'll try to find it on website. Friendly employees.

The staff are very visible and ready to help. This location is clean and efficient.

The patio equipment are a bit pricey even in the off season. This location never has me running back and forth when there is a qualified staff member available especially in plumbing and the bolts and screws areas.

Went to Lowes and received help in the Windows & Doors department, Adrian and Annette were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable ladies!!!! These two ladies are what great customer service is made of!!!!! Thank you both for the information and for a non-stressful time in the store!!

Went for plants and left satisfied!!! Nice selection and great prices.
*Update- I had to go for a gator bite to fix my bathroom sink . Other than the reason for the trip, they had everything I needed 😌

Always find what I need. Website is PERFECT!! even when you are in the store you can find the exact location of the product.

Been here several times during the past week. Always found what I was looking for. Grass seed, fertilizer, herbicides, landscape lighting, potting soil, flowers, trees, etc.. LOWES has it all.👍👍👍👍

I want to give a very enthusiastic and grateful shout out to Raekwon at the Laburnum Avenue Lowe’s in Richmond Virginia. Raekwon is one of the most knowledgeable, caring, helpful & patient associates that I’ve ever encountered. He solved a plumbing dilemma and helped me find solutions to other household maintenance questions on a recent visit. I rarely experience this level of expertise and customer service. A big thanks to Raekwon and for the amazing inventory at Lowe’s !

As I was checking out the clerk was very nice and asked if I had myLowes. I didn't feel like pulling it up on my phone but she asked and looked it up nicely. Great service.

Usually has everything I'm looking for in stock. Love to use the app or lowes online to make sure it's in stock before I go, it even tells you the aisle it's on so I know where to go when I get there!

The gentleman that was in plumbing was very knowledgeable retired electrician of 40 years. My wife and l enjoyed talking with him. He made the trip a pleasure

I was shopping yesterday in the Blinds Department! Linda was working in that Department! She gave excellent service! She was easy to work with, very knowledgeable!

Charles helped me so much! I selected a light fixture with tricky vintage type bulbs to go with it. He took the fixture out of the box and helped me locate the compatible bulbs.
Tim was also very helpful recently. I needed to find very specific screws for my cabinets and he spoke with my contractor on the phone to locate the proper screws.
These 2 men deserve a raise! A big thank you for their patience and readiness to help!

Everything's really neat and organized. I love the Halloween decorations they have up 🎃 !!!!

The cost is a little more expensive here. When you can go to your local tractor supply and get something for less you know your prices are too high.
