Rick was so helpful! He is a wealth of information. He offered great information on helping me keep my kids safe while they navigate having phones for the first time. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased an IPHONE from Haley in the Lunenburg Store close to closing time. She was so welcoming, effective and positive. She amazingly satisfied the needs of 3 of us customers at the same time. She multitasked like an emergency room nurse.

When I returned on Saturday to turn in my trade in old phone, Haley once again greeted me with reassurance.

It's been a long time since I have received competent and kind customer service like this!

I Went in this weekend looking for new options for my phone plan and was helped by a man named Rick M. He was so knowledgeable and so kind. He spent a half hour explaining things to me. He even thanked me for coming in, how nice is that, i didn’t purchase anything. I would definitely go back and speak to him when I am ready to change providers.

Went in there today after dropping my phone in the hot tub. Rick was a major help!! He had me set up with a new phone and accessories in under an hour. Would definitely recommend Rick for all your cell phone needs.

A very straight forward pleasant experience. I usually dred getting a new phone.but this time I was surprised on the short wait, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and no nonsense approach. I wasn't pushed to buy anything I didn't ask for. No unexpected surprise in bills.

Jackson is awesome he helped me pick out some new accessories for my phone and was super helpful and polite when I had some questions. Definitely will be coming back.

I had been having trouble with my Verizon service and phone, thinking about switching to ATT. I stopped in and Jackson went above and beyond to help address all the issues, even though many of these issues were not part of his job to fix. I appreciate his time and patience and will be staying with Verizon

Rick was awesome! Walked me through the whole process of going from a iPhone 6 to a 14. Only took about twenty minutes and he was super nice the whole time. Definitely recommend!

John was amazing. Obviously we all don’t look forward to having to go into the store but John made this process not only fast and easy but enjoyable. He was extremely helpful and kind and we will definitely be going back to him in the future for all our Verizon needs:)

John was great tonight. He was very transparent about all the little details, “hidden” fees and extra charges. He offered different options to find what works for me and my family. I recommend anyone and everyone go see John and the team anytime you need help with your cell phone. Great customer service, this guy is a keeper!

John was awesome. Since walking into the store he was helpful and very informative. I ended up buying 4 devices with protection plans. His customer service is great. I left the store knowing everything I needed to know and had no questions after the visit. I would recommend this store to anyone and oh yea ask for John.

I went in to Verizon to transfer my phone number to a new plan and was assisted by Rick. Rick was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and in setting up my new plan. He also helped transfer my contacts and other data onto the new phone which not every associate would be willing to do. And to top it all off, he managed to lower my monthly bills. He truly went above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Rick.

We visited the Verizon Store to upgrade my iphone and Apple Watch and the customer Representative who waited on us Mr.John Sharland was so helpful and kind, he helped us and met all of our needs. John was very professional and went up and beyond his customer service duties. He was very informative with many other questions we had and he guided us with his knowledge. He was very polite and we were treated with the up most respect. The store was very clean and organized and there was no wait. John took his time with us and made us feel very welcomed and very satisfied with everything. Now this is what we call Excelente Customer Service and Client Satisfaction! I’d give this Store 1000 stars if I could and we Highly recommend this Verizon Store Located in Lunenberg Mass. We would love to put in this review that if anyone internally from Verizon such a General Manger reads this review to take notice that in our opinion John is a Star Asset to Verizon and deserves a Pay Raise! He is for the Costumer’s satisfaction and is such an amazing human being who takes his Job seriously.

Rob was absolutely amazing. He spent the morning helping me get what I needed and explaining every step of the way while trying to find the best deals for me. It was the best experience I have had at a Verizon store so far. Definitely recommend this business spot, especially if Rob is working that day!
