Excellent Customer Service! Staff went above and beyond and far exceeded expectations. John installed a battery under warranty in 10 degrees freezing temperatures in less than 5 minutes at no cost to myself the customer. Car is running much better already! Wonderful experience! Highly recommended over any other parts store around!

Engine light came on , I stopped in and a very friendly employee came out and plugged in the unit and got some codes he could print out for me.

Rick and Randy were excellent in how they conducted themselves, so very helpful, professional, & kind. They went above and beyond to assist me. The best experience I have ever had at an Autozone.

2nd time visiting Auto zone had great customer service both times. 1st time brought some windshield wipers and the guy there happily fitted them for us. Our most recent visit we had a battery fitted. Can't remember the guy's name but i think it was the store manager. Asked if we could get the battery fitted as I've never done it before and they were more than happy to do it. Received great customer service. The guy even talked us through each step when replacing the battery so maybe next time I can give it a try. We'll see 😂. Highly recommend. Great guys and great service at Auto zone.

Middleboro autozone is definitely super helpful and the staff in there really know how to problem solve. Raymond was the associate who helped trouble shoot/ solve my issue. Great location, they take care of their customers. Will be back.

I just want to say this is by far the nicest experience I had going to an Autozone, matter of fact any store at that. From the moment I parked my car to walk in Randy the store manager was standing outside and he was so welcoming! He even helped me put on the screws to my license plate. 😀 Actually I also had the pleasure of speaking to 2 other store associates and everyone was so pleasant. I definitely recommend if you're looking for an autozone check out the one in Middleboro on Grove St. They know their stuff! You guys were really awesome!!! You seriously made my day!!! 😊🥰

After a day of failure, I went to AutoZone to have my engine light code read, and the employee that helped me, restored my faith in good people. He was kind, helpful, and made sure to explain everything. Making the switch to AutoZone for all my parts.

Dorman the associate that helped me today went above and beyond. He changed 3 parts out for me quickly with no hesitation and I couldn’t be more greatful! I thanked him profusely but needed others to know. Also, the other associates were extremely helpful and even asked if I wanted a coffee on their coffee run which I thought was so nice 🙌🏻

A young man (I think his name was Sam, young, tall with dark hair) helped me replace a fuse in my Chevy Camper Van. He was very nice and patient with me when he was teaching me about the different fuse selections and then installing the fuse. He made my day that much more less stressful. Thank you

After needing a jump start, drove here to have the battery tested. Test showed that it was bad (4 years old). They had a compatible new one in stock, after purchase installed it expertly and quickly on the spot, and took the old battery. Outstanding service.

Went in to get new wipers, staff immediately asked if I needed help and looked up the size. Helped me pick out a brand, but didn’t try to sell me the most expensive. After paying for them, they helped me install the wipers. Great experience, will go there again

I stopped in AutoZone in Middleboro to get a new bulb for my headlights, Bobby was so nice & knowledgeable. He even took the time to put the bulb in for me. Excellent customer service! Thank you Bobby!!

Peter and Vicki did a great job of helping me out and going the extra mile... Vicki even lent me her personal wrench so I could install a battery. Afterward Peter went out and tested the battery and the alternator... good to see Autozone has such great employees.
