Despite the challenging and frustrating experience we had with the call center over the past four days, Alex and Lady provided swift and efficient support, resolving our issues in no time. This AT&T store is absolutely outstanding! I've visited multiple times for phone purchases, upgrades, and troubleshooting, and every experience has been exceptional.

Manager Naty is a true gem. Her patience, expertise, and courteous demeanor are unmatched. She consistently goes above and beyond to resolve any issues I've encountered.

My son broke his phone at SeaWorld and we knew he had a upgrade but with it being an hour before closing time we called to make sure they had time to assist, Maryda said absolutely and took the time to not only upgrade his phone, she also added another line for us and set up our phones for us. It was well after closing time when we were done and she was super thorough, patient and overall happy to help us. She’s awesome! 🤩

I recently did an upgrade for both my phone and my wife’s with Korie, the manager, who was very professional and generous with his time. Along with his assistant JK, they made sure that everything was working properly before we left. I highly recommend this location mainly because of the great staff!

Wilfredo, Tyrone, kj, and Shane gave great customer service. Helped me set up my phone helped set up the warranty with zagg. Would definitely recommend this store very nice people.

Thank you for being part of our community - each and everytime I visit this location they are customer focused and deliver excellent service . They are very knowledgeable and you get in and out quickly. Cory was awesome on the phone, he communicates well, and sets the correct expectations. When I arrived I was in and out like he said 15 to 20 mins.

Best experience ever. I have visited other AT&T stores...and not had a good experience for my android phone. Justin and Korey are amazing with their technical knowledge. This is now MY STORE!! I would recommend this store and personnel to everyone!!

All of the employees at the Avalon Park store were fabulous and took great care of me. They answered all my questions, helped resolve issues with transferring info to my new (upgraded) phone from my old one. I would highly recommend this store and would give great reviews to the employees.

I am not that tech savvy and I came into the store with some questions I had about internet options. Jimmy at the Avalon location was very helpful. He took his time explaining all the different options I had and how they compared to what I currently had. He was patient with all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. Which made it very easy for me to make my choice. Was a wonderful experience with no pressure sale tactics.

We went in to upgrade my phone. Veronica T. greeted us immediately and quickly found what we wanted. The store is small, yet clean and the employees were knowledgeable and professional. No line, no wait! It was the fastest I have ever been in and out of a cell phone store! Only downside was that my phone wasn’t in stock, but will be delivered to my home in two days. Thanks for the great experience!

Came into the store to upgrade my iphone xr to get the 11 pro they were able to upgrade my phone, separate my plan, and change my number with no problems. shortly after buying i relized i didn't like my phone lmfao (i'm crazy i know) i called and told veronica i wanted the 11pro max she nicely told me to come back and change it. They were able to change my phone to the 11 pro max with no problems. So big thank you to Veronica, Amy, and Wilfredo they all helped willingly, and i got some of the best customer service ever recieved (:
