Great business. I needed help with my business box and was able to get assistance front Troy. The process took about 20 minutes and Troy knew all the information I needed to make the process easy.

Great alternative to US Post Office. The UPS Store sells postage stamps offers USPS and UPS shipping options and offers 24 hour access mailbox rentals with staff that can sign for packages. The greatest benefit is skipping the long lines at the actual Post Office. I have also purchased amazing greeting cards at The UPS Store. Amazon returns were never so easy, many times it is not even necessary to box your return (be sure to check the Amazon instructions for this as occasionally you will need a separate box) The UPS Store scans your return label and gives you a receipt. Plus the service is great and with friendly staff.

I was in Gillette, WY last week on a hunting trip. I left a hunting jacket at the Motel 6 in Gillette. I wanted to send a self addressed box to Motel 6 and have them mail the coat back to me, but I could not do that according to USPS and UPS. When I called the UPS store in Gillette, WY and talked to Troy the owner, he offerred to go to the Motel 6, get my jacket, pack it, and mail it back to me. People talke about how we are losing cusotmer service in this country, and in some cases we are, but not at the UPS Store in Gillette, WY. Thank you Troy for the fantastic customer service!!

UPS did not deliver our package on time. Troy went above and beyond to help us resolve our missing package… Kudos Troy!!!

Don’t call this store if you have questions about your package or a driver. They’re literally a different company you idiots.

Big differences in interactions with multiple employees - both in customer interactions (professionalism) and effectiveness (job knowledge/skill).

Pricing is absolutely highway robbery. Got charged $105 to ship out a 8lb box.
