Mr. Black is very knowledgeable, I went to get my wife's battery tested for her car, he tested it and it showed that her battery was bad. He even informed us that the battery was not the right battery for the car. He recommended a battery that the vehicle was supposed to have and Gus even gave us a manager's discount. Mr. Black installed the battery, even topped off our washer fluid and threw in a bottle of washer fluid. They were extremely nice and helpful and Mr. Black is the best! Highly recommended!

Maybe it was the vision of a middle aged mom in a minivan with one headlight, but when I tell you how surprised I was to see Mr Black ambling towered my van as he motioned for me to open the hood, I was shocked! He pulled out the old bulb, tossed it in the trash, walked to the aisle for the new bulb then to the cash register then back to my car to expertly place it..all without words, just a small grin when I told him "wow! I wasn't prepared for this level of service!". I was so shocked and appreciative! Thank you Mr Black from a tired post shift nurse/minivan mom.

Stopped by here as advised by my uncle. He helps works out on cars in GA. He has a commercial discount and Derick helped get us all the parts we need. (Radiator, coolant fluid, thermometer, upper and lower hose, and a coolant fan) and allowed us to use his discount. When we asked if he knew a good mechanic he pointed us in the direction of Bernie’s! I was please when Derick was so sympathetic to our situation about our radiator leaking fluid the night before and we were just trying to get home to Nashville. He wanted to make sure me and my friend were safe. When they didn’t have the lower hose, he went out of his way to go find it at 3 other stores and dropped it off at Bernie’s for us. Even saw the coolant fan hanging on by a thread. I was please with the customer service I received and felt well taken care of!

I had nice experience to check and change my battery by Gus who I appreciate so much his help, despite the bad behavior and attitude of the guy who calls himself Mr Black, he was to start yelling for nothing but Gus stopped, thank you so much.

This is my preferred location because every time I go here they are very helpful and always make sure I have everything I need. I actually drive from the opposite side of town to this location because of the service I get!

They had what I needed, originally when I called they said they that the starter I was asking about, when I arrived they didn't, so I had to buy the other for $35 more. But overall my truck started so I could get to the next job.

Really grateful for the staff, especially Derrick (no idea if that's the right spelling). Took my car in today to replace my battery, and it was unfortunately fairly corroded and difficult to get out. Derrick took the extra time to remove the corrosion and clean around it, as well as explain to me what he was doing and why, and help me understand what to do in the future and how to fix it. He then made sure to test the battery and my alternator before I left. Very happy with my experience!

Nicest man ever helped me out in the lot when my car died out there before they even opened this morning, recommended me a shop near by that I could get to without power steering and told me who to ask for. Will probably always go back to this autozone as long as I live in the area!

Derik is amazing! Super thorough and knowledgeable and he made sure I could sit inside while he changed my battery in the bitter cold. Thank you Derik, you're awesome!

I have found the staff helpful and polite. I generally just going in for a replacement battery, light bulb, filter, wipers, etc…not really any heavy duty repair or maintenance work. The online account make orders easier to track for say battery core returns, when you don’t have the old one with you at purchase. They have also offered to install the battery or helped out wiper blades on for me.

Car didn't start so after I got my car jumped I went to Auto Zone in Clintonville. There, they were able to test my battery right away. There was never an upsell as they tested it and told me it was looking good and made recommendations. Agusto was the guy that helped me out and he was great. Whenever I'd need something in the future, and I will, I'll head to AutoZone since I know they won't try to take advantage of me like other car places have in the past. 5 stars!

Gus saved my day. I was running an errand and my keyfob died, so I couldn’t start my car. This location had the battery needed in my key, and Gus made sure it worked. Friendly and fast.

I had invented a stiff holder for my iPad, and had attached it to a cell phone holder that attaches to an air vent, but my air vent holder broke. I went to Auto Zone to find another type of cell phone holder that I could adapt to hold my iPad. Gus helped me choose one that would connect in my CD player slot. He then got a drill, screw driver, cutter, and some screws, and took apart the holder, trimmed down the back plate, and screwed it onto the piece I had made to hold my iPad. He then attached the rest of the device I purchased, and showed me how to install it in my 17 year old Toyota. It it just the right height, it is adjustable, and I can see my navigation app while driving very well! What great, creative problem solving!

Stopped in on a rainy Monday when we realized both brake lights were burnt out. Even though they were busy, the manager took the time to switch out our bulbs and get us back on the road. Thank you for a tremendous customer service!!

Went to a different location with my dead car battery and was immediately met with "just get a new battery, we don't have a tester or charger." It was very obvious he just didn't want to help us. We came to this location instead and were given great service by Casey J and the gentleman with the grey hair and mustache. They got my battery charging for me and I was able to pick it back up in less than an hour. Thank you so much for saving me from having to buy a new battery. Money is tight right now and this made a huge difference!! Thank you.

I was given the wrong wiper blades from the auto zone in taylor michigan and on my way traveling states away one of my wipers flew off while I was driving in the rain. I was able to get to this auto zone location in Columbus safely and they were happy to get me the right wipers and install them. They even put them on for me!

Went in for a headlight replacement for my new to me car. Bryan went above and beyond and helped me get the bulb out and replaced. Now I know what to do in next time. Thanks Bryan!
