Great staff, helpful but not overbearing.
Located in strip mall with Starbucks near Menards. Congested road area.
Lots of parking and great inventory inside.

I ran in here in a hurry and was greeted right away and also they helped me find what I was looking for right away. Awesome Staff!!

The amount of customer care that this Vitamin Shoppe has is unparalleled. I originally went to another Vitamin Shoppe looking for an item that was no longer in stock, and the service rep was not very willing to help beyond that. Going to this Vitamin Shoppe was a very different story. The service rep here took care and diligence to see if the product was at another location or if it was available online. When neither were an option, he called the nearest health store to ask if they had that product in stock, which they did. The kind of care I received was unmatched, even to take me to a different store. And I will remember that. That kind of customer service isn't taught, it's character. I didn't get the guy's name, but as long as he's still working there, I will be a regular customer to this location.

This was my first experience with the shop and I was thrilled. The two young women behind the counter were both wonderful and the one who helped me the most was just absolutely fantastic! In other words I had a very pleasant encounter.

I always find what I need and more when I visit this location. The employees are also helpful anytime I have questions. The store is also clean and easy to navigate. No complaints.

I go here mainly for protein powder. The brand I get is True Athlete, which is a little more expensive than some other popular protein brands, but True Athlete Protein is NSF certified. On a good note, The Vitamin Shoppe has frequent fantastic sales, which really helpful. Along with that, their overall selection of supplements is pretty extensive. This is a good store!

The ladies were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for but they called ahead and had it held for me at the next closest location.

This is an excellent Vitamin Shoppe. Superb customer service and quick easy check outs.

There is a vast selection of health and wellness supplements here. If you're looking at GNC, you're mistaken because this is the spot to go!!!!

Also, they have an array of organic teas here!!! Skip teavana, which is super expensive and isn't 100% organic. Check out this Vitamin Shoppe off of Middlebelt road and 96 when you have the chance!!!!
