The owner was helpful and charismatic, the employees had excellent knowledge. The customer service was exceptional. Prices were on point, shop was clean and well organized. They have an excellent indoor drift track as well as a crawler space available for play. Will be back and will recommend on the future.

Probably my favorite hobby shop I've ever been to, the staff is great, inventory is getting better by the week, and the new track flows even better than the last one.

This is such a neat shop and fun for the whole family! They have neat cars and models, and they have several courses: one for drifting and one for rock crawling. The environment is cool because everyone just chills and chats, and it's like a bunch of friends hanging out. I picked up a cool rc truck and played on the rock crawling course for a bit. The owners are super sweet, too. If you stop by, make sure to start up a conversation with them. I recommend this place for hot summer or cold winter afternoons.

One of, if not the best hobby shop I have ever been to. They have an impressive amount of stock on hand and are very helpful and nice.

We had a great time on the drift track and the crawler course. This is a really great place to bring the family for an afternoon of fun. Will most definitely be back!

This place is always welcoming with amazing staff and really rad products including RC vehicles, Plastic model kits, paints, and an indoor drift track, crawler course, and a mini-z track. This is a really great shop!

Such an awesome concept! When you enter the store, you'll see a small section of model cars, planes, paints, etc. And towards the back of the store, you'll see an RC heavy section with a track, which is a fantastic addition!

The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable and they answered all of my questions. I'd definitely recommend this place!

What a local hobby shop suppose to be! They have a massive inventory of all kinds of rc. THS has 4 tracks to keep you inspired for the hobby. 1 outdoor track and 3 indoor track that consist a huge polished concrete drift track, crawler track and a mini Z track with lap counter. The staff at THS are friendly and knowledgeable. THS has also grown a great drifting and crawling community for Texas! It can get a little crowded on the weekends and don't be afraid to ask questions. Please come out and check it out.

I visited a few weeks ago for the first time and I was really impressed! I went to buy some model paint and was quite satisfied with the variety of brands and supplies. But best of all was the really friendly staff and chill atmosphere. They have a really cool RC racing track inside and there were lots of people having fun. My kids had a blast, and I appreciated the family friendly staff.

My first ever hobby shop experience and it's a great one. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable in all sorts of different fields to assist customers. I showed up as someone completely new to the hobby and was offered a ton of guidance and pointed in the right direction to get me started.

Great place with a really cool drift track, crawler course. It also stocks full line of parts for multiple brands. The have model kits slot car track. I mean i can keep going. With a very knowledgeable staff thanks for having what i needed on hand!

Really nice hobby store in Leander and is one of the few good ones in the whole city of Austin especially if you are into scale modeling. They carry a comprehensive set of paints from Tamiya, Vallejo and Me Hobby among others. They also have model kits and a RC racing rentals. It is quite convenient to buy paints here without waiting for online retailers to ship.

Awesome place for all your hobby needs with an emphasis on RC. Awesome indoor drift track and crawling courses, accompanied by a pretty sizable outdoor basher arena with ramps and all. Staff and patrons are friendly and ready to help you.

This hobby shop is awesome!!! They have a first class drift track inside, a really cool indoor rock crawler course. They have everything you need from buying a rtr to upgrading your own rigs. It's a must see for any rc enthusiasts.

Just discovered The Hobby Shop and have been multiple times this week. Great knowledgeable staff who are more than willing to help out and awesome crawl course that’s free to use if you purchase a car from them. Top notch experience.
