The UPS Store

I have been to this location about 4 times in the last decade. I do not like sending mail, and less so packages. The staff here are wildly friendly and helpful. The gentleman I worked with today was so efficient and polite that I am genuinely looking forward to my next visit. This is easily my favorite UPS store.

I revisited this site on Saturday, April 13, 2024 for the first time in three years and was very happy with the new staff. Leslie, Mike and Hanza showed such warm and courteous service to me. They are real professionals. It was a delight doing business at this location and it is now my favorite USP store,

I don't understand the negative reviews here. I have been using this store for years and they are the best. They have handled dozens of packages and always get me the best rate. Friendly and always helpful!

This location used to be terrible. However having come here over the past few months, it's been nothing but great. The lines if there are any move fast. The employees also don't begrudge you if asking for a receipt. They usually even ask if you want one.

The staff here are friendly and chill when I do my Amazon returns. There are many negative reviews but perhaps some ppl get the energy they give?

I really don't know what these negative reviews are about. I have used this UPS store location to return stuff to Amazon like 10x in the past couple of years and used them for notary a couple times cuz I'd rather pay $5 for notary than wait a half hour to get pitched by my private banker at Chase lol. They are not making any real money off me but they are always 100% super nice and chill and efficient with me.

I have been a client of the UPS Store for over 20 plus years, since I moved to Montclair. I trust this location and the professionals both professionally and personally.

Steven, Hamza, and Micheal go out of their way to ensure their clients are satisfied. I am better for knowing each of them.

I have used the store a handful of times, and always had great service and a positive experience. Today was no exception even though the situation was different. I was getting a quote for shipping a special object. The attendant was careful and knew it was valuable, or rather a priceless item. He was honest from the beginning, and while he did provide a quote, he was honest in saying his service is not the best way to send the item. In an era where it is all about the money, I so appreciate the honesty and frankness. To me, that is true customer service. I have been a customer, and will gladly continue so.

I have nothing but good things to say about this UPS location. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I was there today and there was a HORRIBLE customer yelling at the workers for something that was HER problem! They handled it calmly and professionally. I of course, had to say something to stand up for them. Anyway, 2 thumbs up for this location. PS. This is just a daily reminder to be a nice person. Thank you.

I have been a customer for five years and find the staff patient, courteous, and helpful. They handle a great deal of business and I have never seen or heard of the folks here being rude. Yes, if you ask them to provide materials and handle your shipment, it's extra. They're a business. You can open your own UPS account print and pack and drop if off there if you don't want the extra charge. I am a business owner and very satisfied customer.

The staff at this UPS store are always friendly and helpful. I had my passport photos done there and they helped me with my passport renewal application. I have found it to be a very convenient place to get documents notarized. And of course, sending packages from the store is very easy. They also let me bring my dog in with me because they have a pet friendly policy. :) Overall I am pretty happy with the store and glad it's there.

Not sure what's up with all the negative reviews. I've been going here to get documents notarized, ship goods, etc for the past year and have found the staff knowledgeable and polite. The services I needed were conducted without issue both a the beginning and end of the day.

Brought a box that was too big and they helped me send it back to Amazon

I have been using this UPS office in Montclair for over ten years. They are dependable, honest, cordial and very, very busy. They service a large volume of people. The young people that work there are very competent and if they know you, they always speak when they see you, unless otherwise engaged. When I started going there, a young man named Leslie was the manager. He always had a smile and was a terrific manager and customer service representative. I do think he set the tone or the young manager and staff who followed. The current staff are great. So get to know the staff and the owner Peter and his wife so they so they will know you. Be patient and smile. In my experience, if you give a smile, .you will get a smile. I wrote this 4 years ago and I still fee the same way. They are great.

My wife and I had to get a bunch of documents notarized and then sent, with witnesses. Steven, Aaron and Peter were awesome. Super helpful, knew the process and had everything ready for us. Pricing was reasonable too, especially compared to a law firm

I had a great experience here! I had 3 HUGE rugs to ship, and none of the staff batted an eye. They were helpful and courteous, and even helped me carry the rugs. It was much appreciated!

Was a bit taken aback about seeing such bad reviews and I have only had really great customer service here. The times I have been, I went bc I was shipping art and needed the pieces to be packed with extra materials/care/insurance. Have only worked with 2 different young guys but they were both super friendly, helpful and quick to get what needed to be done.

I had a very pleasant experience here with Randall (sorry - not sure of the spelling) who helped me pack and ship a collectible item with a super pleasant attitude. :) Would almost say the experience made my week!

Recently a family member made a mistake with a package that was dropped off here - the staff were kind and full of grace in helping us correct the issue during the peak of the holiday shipping season. Thank you!
