Tanvir was great. He understood my needs and met them without hesitation. Staff is not only friendly but informative and extremely helpful.

Yasen was extremely helpful. Instead of just pushing me back out the door and telling me to call customer service, he took a few minutes, did some troubleshooting and figured out that I just needed some SIM replacements and I was up and running. He was very nice, very quick and very knowledgeable. Ask for him specifically!!!

I would like to give a shout out to Ray today, he's been working with me the last week or 10 days or so on my wife's new phone. They had to wait for new shipments to come in and yes he put a hold on it till we were able to come in today Saturday 8-27-22 doesn't matter who's there at T-Mobile, employees come and go but they seem to find the good ones awesome job.

My wife & I arrived at 5:50 on Sunday. Yes, 10 minutes before closing. Our goal was to move my 2 lines from AT&T to TMobile. My contract was up & I was told the phones were unlocked. By 6:15 Sam had both phones moved over but neither was unlocked. He spent the next 20 minutes working with the AT&T rep to unlock them. We didn't leave until 6:50. His customer service was excellent, his knowledge of the process was superb. I'll definitely recommend this store to family & friends.

Love this location. I've been with T-Mobile for almost 8 years and this is by far my favorite location. The staff are awesome and so helpful. They were sure to help us find the phones and plan to best fit us and our needs.

I'd like to add now that its been 10 years I absolutely love the new staff there. They are so helpful and awesome. They even spoiled my 5 year old son for having to wait for my 1000s of photos to download. Highly recommend this location. 👌

My experience at this store location was great. I am a new T mobile customer so I don’t have a go -to location. I recently added a SyncUP watch and it was experiencing an uncommon error that was Cumbersome to fix. They were unable to correct it via phone and Victor R and Hass were determined to fix it so my daughter could have her watch for Christmas. They both were kind and patient and my daughter enjoyed her watch for Xmas. This will be my new store location going forward.

Jorge and Rony were so helpful. Answered all of my questions. I felt really comfortable as they helped me through the process of upgrading my phone. Just overall nice comfortable fun environment

I want to say how sorry I am for my dads behavior today at the store. He doesn’t under stand that you are just an employee and not the company itself. Hass is a star employee staying calm and helping as much as he could. My sister and I will be back to this location (without our dad) and will stay with T Mobile because we’ve had nothing but great service with them.

John helped me activate new service. Got me new phones and was very knowledgeable. He is very patient and very nice! Also the manager Hass was amazing. Great group of young men

The customer service was amazing. They're super helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They make me feel like I've known them forever. Cecil and Zo helped me out a lot and I highly recommend the both of them. Thank you both for all your help! I love my new phone and tablet!!

Walked in a furious customer with T-Mobile and passed about my phone. The manager Hass immediately recognized my frustration and went above and beyond to help me out. Great Music Great Vibes and spectacular workers.

The guy at my store.. Joseph and Noah are Great!! They took the time to explain and show all options and how to use my phone.. They also were very nice when I came back to show me a feature on for my text messages.. I truly appreciate the great customer service

This location is by far one of the best locations around. The store Manager Mary always goes above and beyond to help me with my account questions and issues. One of her employees Marcus is just as courteous and helpful as she is. I would highly recommend asking for Mary or Marcus and driving the extra few miles it my take you to go to this location.

I went to T-mobile after coming from a sprint store where i had a terrible experience. An employee named Noah helped me and was extremely helpful and kind despite having a hurt leg. Thank you for walking me through all the steps and getting it done in a reasonable length of time!!!!!!

Came to upgrade my phone and had great customer service from the workers. They helped me get into a new phone and taught me everything and answered all of my questions. Workers were very patient and helpful. Fantastic service and I highly recommend this location.

Walking to the T-Mobile store having an issue with my phone case and the first sales associate I met was Shakira. She was very friendly and very interested in helping me Resolve my problems so between her and Mary my issue was resolved and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. If I could give this store and their personnel a higher than 5 rating I would.

This place is by far the best t-mobile store I’ve been to. Shakera was very helpful and she knew exactly how to help me with the issues I was having with my devices. I was there only for thirty minutes and came out with the biggest smile on my face. I’m thankful to Shakera for making my day better. Best T-mobile employee ever 👌👌👌💕 Love you Shakera 😍❤
