Angola Service Area

Great service plaza. They have multiple restaurants, cafes and stores in the building and they are all open. Restrooms were spacious and clean. You enter the building and then walk across a long covered walkway over the highway. There are vending machines too. There is also a Sunoco Gas Station that had reasonable prices.

I work at the Sunoco on the Eastbound side. The rest area itself is closed but we are open and have sandwiches, snacks, cold drinks, candy, meds, smokes and chew, and friendly faces! There are porta potties available also!

This is the STANDARD for travel plazas, as it features a pedestrian overpass connecting both sides of the interstate. The food court is spacious with several franchises featured. The bathrooms are clean and sizable. There are vending machines and retail stores selling refreshments, foodstuffs and knickknacks. Outside the travel plaza is a plaque about Western New York's history. There are water fountains of varying sizes for adults and young children. Parking is plentiful and uncomplicated.

A great place for 4 - 18 wheelers to stop, rest, use bathroom, grab hot food and gas up. This place is located Halfway between Erie, PA and the Niagra Falls Rainbow 🌈 Bridge crossing from NY into Ontario, Canada on I-90. There is a covered cross walk that goes directly over the interstate where you can see all the cars and truck drive right under. Truckers honk their horns when you wave at them. 👋🔉Flags are flown halfmast in honor of Queen Elizabeth who passed yesterday. There is McDonald's, Cinnabon, Subway, Aunt Annie's, a pizza place, Moe's and Niagra Falls info center. Huge men and women's restrooms with many stalls.

A couple restaurants was closed at 3pm on a Friday, but McDonald's, Subway, and Moe's was open.

On our drive out and back from Illinois this travel plaza is great. The walkway across I90 can be entertaining and is a great way to stretch the legs after hours of driving. Clean with lots of information on things to do in the area.

Great place to parking, eat (a plenty of good options) and a friendly staff... also clean restrooms!

One of my favorite New York State Thruway rest stops! What a unique location, can you stop to stretch your legs and use the self-contained walkways (North and Southbound) that runs over the top of the Thruway to get to your restrooms and restaurants (and there are plenty to choose from here). If you have children they are going to love this place!

McDonald's open 24hrs. Lots of other food options, Cinnabon, aunti Annie's pretzels, Moe's southwest. Bathrooms as clean as you can hope for in a busy rest area. Real neat view as you take the bridge over the highway. Try to get the truckers to honk at you. Things are a bit pricey, but on the thruway you don't have alot of options.

My family and me stop here every year on our annual trip to visit relatives in Ohio. I remember as a kid watching the cars go on the road under me on the footbridge over the thruway. There is many places to eat and a player piano. Best rest stop on New York thru-way

Seems like a nice rest stop. Gas, restrooms and quite a selection of food and drink business - McDonald's, Cinnabon, Auntie Anne's, Moe's, Subway, Lavazza coffee shop, Sandrella's, Ella's pizza & pasta. Also Faber gifts and regional information center.

Really nice, some good eating places inside and a friendly NY tour agent to help with things to see in the area, wineries Niagara etc.

Nice travel plaza for a good stop during a road trip - clean place!

Stop here every time, restaurants are okay, bathrooms are very clean and gas prices are not to high.

The only reason I am writing this review is to inform people that need "cash" for any reason, can definitely stop at this resting area and withdraw money. They have two machines (like that in the picture) that works as an ATM machine. We were on our way home and completely forgot that we did not have cash, and for those that don't have the ez-pass and need to pay the road toll, you can only pay with cash (American or Canadian dollars). This is just to help travelers as us. I have asked this question (if they had an ATM machine and nobody has replied, so I had to stop and check it. Bathrooms are clean and good as well. They have lots of options for food, vending machines and also tourist information desk. People say food is expensive, I haven't check that.

I don't know why this came up! I never stopped there. Haha

A nice little travel plaza. We stopped around 8:30 on a Sunday and everything but McDonald's was closed... Not sure what the typical hours are, but something to consider. There were bathrooms and vending machines. There was also a sitting/dining area. Along with the food, there was also a gas station. A good spot to stop on the road.

Super fun rest stop with bridges over the thruway! Beep! Beep! Woo! What a rush. Souvenir shop, Moes, Micky D's, Subway, Aunt Annies. Not too bad. Player piano!

A stop we always make when heading on the thruway. Lots of bathrooms and a good way to stretch your legs. Also nice to take a few minutes to enjoy the cool view over the thruway. Cant wait to see it revamped next year.
