Have done business many years with this particular office . AJ takes good care of me . Answers my questions fully . Directed me to the product that would work best for me . I have known Shirley even longer . She makes appointments that work best for me . The office is bright and inviting and so are AJ and Shirley !

I am very pleased with the service I receive from the audiologist A.J. at Beltone, Vestal NY. My hearing aids are greatly suited for my needs and have been adjusted and cleaned as necessary. The professionalism shown by A.J. is a plus for this office and for his patients!

Many phone calls to various places resulted in these folks getting me in the following day. Morning had hurdles I didn't anticipate but I arrived at the agreed time of 10:00 a.m. the gentleman asked if I was Steve and I replied that I was. And he explained to me that they do not in fact take well care insurance. He still spent most of an hour explaining the different levels of the hearing aids that is reflected in the cost. The gentleman seems truly bothered by the fact that I had come out to their office and it was not able to have the testing done. He answered a few questions that I had about different things that affect hearing and what kind of hearing aid you need. And he steered me in the right direction so that I can hopefully quite easily get this problem resolved get to another another hearing specialist and get the problem addressed. Sometimes it's hard enough in this town to find people with a good bedside manner and for this gentleman to go out of his way when there was going to be no money coming into his his businesses coffers just I can't speak loudly enough about it if your insurance does allow you to go to beltone I would highly recommend it
