Great coupons - double dipped and saved over $20 on a $70 order!

I found a few things I have been looking for great store

Excellent, well organized store with usually most items in stock.Helpful employees and good deals throughout the year.

They have a little bit of everything prices have gone off, But it has everywhere.

Love all the interesting things we find here that other places don't have.
got the email with a coupon so that made the trip even better. They already had discounts on the Christmas items.

I Am handicapped and always had to have short shopping trips due to the size of the store. I mentioned this to the manager on one of. My trips and told him if they had a wheelchair people with disabilities would be able to shop better. At Christmas time I was thrilled to be met at the door with a brand new wheelchair. They are the best there.!!!!

I was very disappointed and am sad to inform you that I will never again shop Big Lots...There was a problem with me using my charge card only to find out that my payment was overdue. I did not realize when my payment due date is as I'm a senior living on S.S. and pay all my bills when I receive my check on the 3rd Wed. I have always paid every month having never missed a payment. I was never denied charging before if my payments were late as they must always be late if they are due the 5th. I made the payment in the store on the phone today so I owed nothing at that point. Then I was told that I still could not use my card for another few days...That did not work for me. I could have paid cash for me FULL cart of purchases, but I left everything to never shop there again. That was my Christmas for my family of 19 people...Your loss... Another store will get my business.

It was great. Didn't see what we wanted and asked for assistance. The gentlemen knew they were in stock without even checking. Went in the back and got one, he assisted us to the register and the mgr. helped load into truck. Great service!!!

This place was very clean and organized. Better than any other Big Lots I had been in. The cashier had been working their a long time and she said the staff really works together. It showed.

I had a return to make, a bit beyond the 30 day return limit. Both the BigLots corporate service desk and the store manager were very reasonable and helpful. I got Much better service than I expected.

This store was really neat and well-organized. I have only been there once before and this is a major improvement. Keep up the good work!

I freaking love this place. Sometimes I just go and walk around. Always different food and brands, different flavors, and sometimes ethnic food you can try out at a bargain price.

It's a very nice place to go they have a lot of different things that you can't get it regular grocery stores

Big lots is Big lots. You go there to save money and appreciate the good service.

Everyone there is super friendly and it's easy to navigate to store. Great selection and a very clean location
