Much better service then the 21 mile romeoplank store. The only time you get really good service is Monday through Friday. The people that work the weekend that are not the regular people they’re not as good as the people that work Monday through Friday today is 5 21, 2023. I called this morning to get my prescriptions filled in the male and female that we’re working told me they can’t fill it till tomorrow because the insurance won’t cover it. I don’t care about the insurance I have money to pay for it it is only $12.68. So word to the wise next time your customer comes in once the prescription filled and they called it in and it was supposed t and they come there to get it and it’s not ready you should fire yourself

Patty is the absolute best!! She always goes above and beyond to ensure I can get my medication the fastest way possible. Ensuring inventory at other locations, checking if my insurance covers another manufacturer, always greeting me with a smile and staying positive dealing with difficult people during these very trying times. She’s the reason I choose this right aid pharmacy.

Andrea (spelling) helped me over the phone transfer script from CVS (192$) she was literally the best customer service i have received in YEARS. Not only did she try her absolute hardest to get me the lowest price (29$!!!!) But she was so kind and so understanding that I will NEVER use CVS again. I recommend this pharmacy. I have spent over 8 hours in and out of hospitals, I'm 16 weeks pregnant so my emotions today have been off the page, and this god sent woman made me day so much better that I could cry. Not only did she take time when they were close to closing to help me but she was just as happy to find me good prices and to be there for me explaining step by step what she was doing. AMAZING. I would rate higher if I could.

Love their service they are great people they make a lot of mistakes they don't help you but I'm still going to give them a five-star because I am sure you to what I'm saying
