Best and only vape shop I use! Issa is so accommodating and always a pleasure to chat with! Awesome variety, they have a lot of vape options, and a ton of juices to choose from! My favorite juices are slapple and frozen fruit monster!

The owner of this place is absolutely amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Tries to accommodate you to the best of his ability. First off as soon as I walked in I was warmly welcomed! Secondly this is the only vape shop that I finally found some American made Aliens! I’m a truck driver so visiting countless vape shops and being told that "we don’t sell those anymore" was always disappointing, you’re a vape shop and you should have at least some kind of rebuildable selection. Thank God I found this place! The owner is extremely helpful and will go out of his way to help you out! Thank you for the great conversation and thank you for having some rebuildable selections. By far the best vape shop I've been to. They sell only premium tanks, RDAs, mods, and juice NO JUNK. The best thing about this place is the owners will absolutely not let you leave unsatisfied. They will work with you for an hour until you get exactly what you want and do it with a smile on their face. Great shop and great people.

Seriously - if you are looking for high quality products, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and an all around great experience - this is THE place to go. I vape and purchase nic salt devices and mods as well as juice, pods, and coils. The suggestions from the staff has never steered me wrong and I go out of my way to get my vape products here. I've been vaping for 8 years and this is the best store I have been to.

Great little shop, might not have everything, but the service there is top-notch, not sure what you, walk in and they will let you try things to find what you like, I've been in many vape shops and have never had that kind service

The owner here treats his customers like family, and always does what he can to make sure his customers are getting the best possible experience at Cloud House. If the owner is not in, he has another associate that will always take care of your needs, and he is awesome. The varieties of juices he sells are endless, he only features the best juices your money can buy. Overall the atmosphere, and customer service alone makes you want to keep coming back!

The atmosphere of the shop is fantastic. They carry quality products at great prices, and the owner of the shop is a fantastic man. I've only been there two times, but I felt so welcomed right from the start. Easily the best vape shop in the area.

Excellent customer service, they didn't have the coil I wanted so he gave me another kind for free and said to come back in a week when they're in stock. I typically buy my coils online, however, because of my positive experience, I don't mind supporting this local shop. You now have a loyal customer my friends.

I called ahead asking if they had the vape I usually use but the gentleman told me the ones they have leaked but that he would let me try his recommendation before I walked out of the store.
