This February 2024 we purchased a mattress from this store. We are not from Ludington but needed a new mattress for our vacation rental home there. Josh was very knowledgeable and informative and when we selected delivery for the next day and removable of the existing mattress and they moved a mattress from a downstairs bedroom to upstairs and then took another mattress that was there to dispose of. We couldn’t be happier with the service and the mattress we purchased is more comfortable than the one we have at our home address. We’ll buy the home mattress from him too when that time is at hand.

Very good customer service. Josh helped us without trying to “sell” us. He was very knowledgeable about how the mattress industry works now since there are too many companies on the internet & buying a good mattress can be confusing. We got a good fair price on a high quality mattress.

Bought a very nice full size mattress for less than others were charging, and didn’t have to drive to Muskegon. And they have mattresses in stock so you don’t have to wait a couple weeks for delivery. Josh was great to deal with, highly recommend.

From the moment that I walked in the door yesterday until the time I was leaving, I felt happy and confident about the choice that I made about my purchase.
There were two beds (THE COPPER ONES) that I laid on and didn't think that I wanted the fancy base( THE 400 SERIES) until my neck started cracking and my back started moving free. just in the time that I was there, I felt like I wanted to just go back to that bed and fall asleep. I sat in my car, discussing with my sister that I cannot remember, the last time my body felt comfortable in a bed and I craved to go to sleep.

i received a call on my way home . They took the time and came up with a solution to a shipping issue i had and made my problem their problem . I literally had to pull over the car and my sister and I looked at each other like.. our own family wouldn't do that for us.

They say you sleep 30% of your life time.. The other 70% is based. upon the quality of that 30%. I wake up in pain everyday. I CANNOT WAIT to get my new bed and quality of life back. (I'll update when I start sleeping)
