Rite Aid

The pharmacy staff is top notch! I had my prescriptions transferred from my employer, Corewell Health whose prices have gone up considerably from $16 for 90 days to $45. Rite Aid is $15 for 90 days! Unbelievable! My second visit and I was addressed by name! I will be a patron indefinitely just for the customer service alone! Keep up the wonderful friendly service pharmacy staff!

Pharmacy received my orders that were sent before they opened at 9:00am and they had all 4 of my prescriptions ready by 9:15am. They are super fast and I’m glad (for now) that the Ferndale location wasn’t one of the Rite Aid stores in Metro Detroit that were closed recently. The pharmacist always gives me the best price on my prescriptions, whether it’s cash, Good RX, or my insurance so I really appreciate her always checking and letting me know which one is the best deal. Any money you can save, especially in today’s economy, is always appreciated.

Alex is the most incredible pharmacist in the universe. She is so caring, professional and sincere. Her memory and attention to detail is second to none . She is the employee every company wants. If corporate reads these reviews, give her a bonus and do everything you can to keep her happy.

The pharmacists were very helpful with prescriptions and took great care in giving me my Phizer shot and another shot I needed.
The workers here seemed very genuine, caring and they also knew some of their customers by name, like a neighborhood pharmacy should.

This is by far the best experience I’ve had at a rite aid; the store manger Domenique was so helpful. She greeted me and assisted me finding a hair product that my granddaughter needed. I will continue to shop here because of her kindness.

When I come there they always greet me by my last name. I used to go to CV you know they were horrible they threw my prescription at me even though I told him don't do anything you might regret. They were just absolutely horrible 900 West 9 Mile and in Smyrna Georgia on spring road if you call corporate it doesn't matter they don't care so I would suggest don't go to that CV this is a good place. Maybe someone was having a poor day. But I never experienced any kind of rudeness at this rite aid that's why I go there

The young lady Domenique helped me find my vitamins that I was looking for and also told me if I signed up for Riteaid discount card I would get my vitamins for buy one get one free and if I spent $50 dollars I would get $15 dollars bonus cash back that just a great deal for now on I'm making riteaid my go to store and the store was very clean and everyone was very nice and polite

This pharmacy is a God Send!!! I needed a fairly common prescription that CVS in Hazel Park seems to always have on back order and not other pharmacy seems to have near by. I called around and this Rite Aid consistently has it in stock. They also have quick turn around times as well as well stocked shelves for the lost part. Employees are friendly and courteous and always willing to help. There is complementary hand sanitizer for public use at every employee round point as well to aid in the prevention of Covid spread. Overall great location that I highly suggest.

I came up to the store and the cashier is outside smoking a cigarette when it's time for me to be rung up I have to walk the store to find some to ring me up and they say he's not up there then they apologize for the wait and ring me up and then he come in the store that's not good practice for a cashier
