Rob and Joey are miracle workers. They helped me get a replacement phone dealt with faster than anyone at Verizon had in 5 days. They took control and just got it done. They were also very kind, funny, and understanding. I didn’t have to explain things 50 times to them. Give them a raise. Absolutely great guys who know what they’re doing.

I have been in this store many times and I have to say that my favorite employee is Rob. He has always answered any questions, he goes above and beyond in helping me on phone calls and getting the best possible phones, headphone and deals. He was patient and very good with my mom and all her many questions. He is always in a good mood, always polite and a fun guy to be around. Thanx Rob for being and awsome Victra employee 😀

Super friendly service and extremely helpful

Rob was extremely knowledgeable (about 16 yrs of experienc3 really showed) and was able to hook us up with upgrades that fit my non-techie husband as well as upgrade my 90 yo Mom one month later into a flip phone that matched her needs as well. Helped us to jump through lots of hurdles at minimal cost and fix account issues that a live Verizon phone staff member refused to help with. This should be YOUR first stop for small town service with big time results!

I cannot express how impressed I am with the service I received from New London Verizon. I had an 'emergency' with my phone and called the office at 6:50 pm when they close at 7 pm. Rob stayed late to look at my phone and trouble shoot the issues for me. It is rare to find such exceptional customer service in today's world. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for knowledgeable people who go above and beyond. I also appreciated that they wore masks and the store was very clean. Thank you, Rob!

Employees Jordan and Ken were very helpful, patient and genuine. They are knowledgable about all products and services. They worked their hardest with us to get the best deals possible and in a timely manner. All around great people and store.

After considerable difficulties with the Verizon Corporate store and Verizon Customer Service Call Center not fulfilling promises made.

We decided to go to a Victra Independent store. Rob spent over 3 hours with us and understood our concerns. While he could not resolve the changes that have occured with the Cell Service to our region, he offered a change to our plan ( that we accepted) that should keep us a Verizon customer.

It was very comforting to deal face to face with a person who was willing to listen to our concerns.

Ben was very knowledgeable, respectful, helpful and answered every question we had, so I hope he stays at our New London store. It is wonderful to have a store in New London where I live with Employees that are like Ben. I switched from US Cellular to Verizon because many of my friends recommend Verizon was great on service.

The 2 guys working behind the desk are funny, quick, and knowledgeable. It didnt feel like an awful long experience. I will definitely drive from green bay to deal with them vs elsewhere!! Thanks

Was impressed with the knowledge Ben displayed. He assisted me in the purchase of a new phone. Set it up and was patient as he explained functions. Never made me feel "dumb" due to my lack of knowledge.

Benjamin was very helpful and calm as I was frustrated with my switch from Android to Apple. He showed me just what I needed to be able to successfully transfer my content over. I really appreciated it!
